Beautiful Casa Flamingos Feliz-Close to Beach-Discount Rates!

Casa Flamingos Feliz, Home of the Happy Flamingo, is located a mere 2 short blocks off the beach in Bucerias and has two spacious bedrooms, one with a king bed and two twin beds in the other, two bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with TV. Currency exchange, galleries, shopping, and some of the best restaurants in town are within a few short blocks!

The casa enjoys a nice sea breeze, and has ceiling fans, air conditioning, if needed, twice-a-week maid service, is completely equipped with linens, iron, hair dryer, kitchen, staples, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, bottled water, and the barbeque is out back!

Tim, our property manager, will meet and greet you at the house with the keys. Your names, phone numbers and flight info and any special requests will need to be communicated to him. He will show you how everything works and answer any questions you may have. Enjoy your stay!
Kindly note that the extra couple fee is 25usd per night.

Bucerais Casa

Location was as advertised 1 and 1/2 blocks from beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Sport bar 50 metres from casa.A hot tube was advertised but no hot tub no reduced price. Bench in living room very uncomfortable and TV was the size of a computer screen about 17 inches. Whole living room very uncomfortable. Shower heads need a good dose of CLR or replaced to get rid of calcium buildup. Would be okay for family of four with kids but to cramped for two couples.

The hot tub somehow was on a Trip Advisor site in error as it was never entered by me. The guest never mentioned it until he was more than halfway through his stay so it didn't seem too important to him. I don't know what 'bench' he is talking about in the living room but am sorry they were uncomfortable. In 20 years of renting, this is the first time someone complained about the TV. Sorry it didn't suit you Ross, I guess every home isn't for everyone!

Cute and cozy.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Beach chairs are not provided, but we had our own. The house was well equipped, including a gas BBQ in the back patio. The property Manager and cleaning staff are both very friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable.

Perfect cozy house in Bucerias

My parent and their friends spent a month in Casa Flamingos. They enjoyed it a lot. House is very close to the beach, couple of minutes walk. Beach is never crowded and is very clean. They even fished there some evenings. House is well furnished (pictures are true) and is stocked with a lot of necessities: from kitchen pots and utensils to beach chairs and umbrellas. Internet signal is strong and stable, so Skype video calls were not a problem. We stayed connected. There are small stores in walking distance, but they don't offer a lot. Our folks went to supermarket 1-2 times a week to stock the fridge. There are 3 or 4 of them within a short ride, bus or taxi. They said they liked Mega the best. PV is easily reachable by bus or by taxi. There are a lot of taxis ready for a ride right around the corner. If you order any tours where they pick you up, the best way is to tell that you will be by the Royal Decameron Resort. It is very close and everyone knows what it is. Manager is local, lives very close and is available if you need anything. Five stars.

Mike and Sheree moved from Upstate New York to Klamath Falls Oregon in 2002 to get away from the crowds and enjoy a small town atmosphere with tons of outdoor activities all year around! We fell in love with Bucerias during our first vacation there in 2006 when we were only able to spend one week in this little piece of Heaven, and purchased our beautiful Casa Flamingos de Feliz a few months later having viewed the casa on our way to the airport when leaving! Mike is an accountant, and Sheree is a real estate broker. We are happy to share our future retirement home with vacationers in Bucerias and work hard to keep it in excellent shape. Just 2 blocks from the beach, and within walking distance to numerable first class restaurants we look forward to our retirement in the future!

Why they chose this property

Bucerias offers a beautiful white sandy beach and great ocean swimming. It has not yet been commercialized to the point of losing it's real Mexican appeal, but has all the amenities and comforts of a large town resort area. We love going to the weekly flea market, and enjoy all the world-class restaurants, in addition to the beautiful beach. And, it's only 10 miles to the airport in Puerto Vallarta too!

What makes this property unique

While staying at Casa Flamingos de Felize you will be within 2 blocks of the beach, less than a block from the currency exchange, and in an a quiet area of town near the Royal Decameron. Our casa has two large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a small kitchen with all the amenities. There is a small front yard and front porch providing a nice place to sit outside. We are within walking distance to numerous restaurants, and the taxi stand is just up the street!
