Bright and Comfy 3 bedroom apt in Monti
Newly renovated stylish apartment, located in Rione Monti - one of the most fascinating neighborhood in the real center of Rome - that can accommodate up to 7 people.
The house is in via Urbana, 5 minutes by foot from Colosseum and Imperial Fora and walking distance to all the major attractions.
2 double bedrooms, 1 single room, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with double sofa bed. 5 minutes by foot from Colosseum and Imperial Fora and walking distance to all the major attractions.
The property has been completely renovated and furnished in June-July 2016 with care and attention to details in order to maintain its historical character while offering the comfort of modern conveniences.
Air conditioned and TV in each room, Nespresso machine, high speed Wi-Fi, dishwasher and washing machine are provided.
Please notice that we are on the fourth floor and there is NO elevator (like most of the buildings in the historical city center) which could be an issue for disabled travelers.
You will stay in the very heart of Rome, in Rione Monti, a neighborhood characterized by narrow, cobbled streets and an ample selection of restaurants, bars, and cafés filled with lively locals.

lieblos + minimalistisch
- die 90 stufen zum apartment sollten herausgestrichen werden. es ist hart, nach einem anstrengenden tag in rom noch stufen steigen zu müssen. man überlegt sich dann auch, ob man nchmals zum abendessen runter will.
- das apartement hat zwar viele betten, jedoch passt das andere interieur nicht dazu. der ess- (= aufenthalts)tisch bietet nur platz für 4 personen. in der küche gab es außer eine paar wenige kaffeekapseln, kein salz, keinen pfeffer, keinen zucker und nicht einmal einen flaschenöffner/korkenzieher!
- die sauberkeit lässt zu wünsche übrig.
- heißes wasser zum duschen gab es nur für höchstens zwei personen.
- auf eine nachfrage (per whartsapp) von mir bzgl. änderung der raumtemperatur wurde einfach nicht geantwortet.
- die kurtaxe von € 6 pro tag und person war uns im vorhinein auch nicht bekannt.

full size shower! amazing, especially in Europe. Located in a great spot, but on the top floor, so if you have big luggage, prepare for a workout. Thank you for the hospitality!!!

Pulito, comodo e soprattutto posizione strategica
Abbiamo trovato subito l’appartamento a 10 min a piedi dalla stazione. Con posizione strategica rispetto a tutto. La visita di Roma tutta a piedi. Il colosseo è a 7 min a piedi. Appartamento tenuto molto bene e pulito. Materassi e cuscini fantastici.
