Great Villa 5 minutes walk from the ocean

New villa, well maintained. Just a 5 minute walk to the ocean and restaurants and shops.

The lookout villa

We have appreciated our stay in this villa. It is the third time in three years that we rent it. Maybe could you give more information when we leave the villa at the end of the stay, specially what to do with the keys and to close the gate.

Great villa and good location

We really enjoyed ourselves at Yanni's Villa 1. Nice pool and patio areas. Very clean and new. Home & Away were very helpful and responded to all matters very quickly. A short walk to town, bars, restaurants and the beach. Nice to be away from town as very peaceful. For a larger supermarket shop the walk would be too much but a taxi is easy to arrange. Hired car not essential but very useful to visit many other great places on the island.

Schone villa van alle gemakken voorzien

De villa was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. In de week die we er verbleven werd tussentijds 2x schoongemaakt en voorzien van schone handdoeken en het zwembad werd schoongemaakt. Locatie is dicht bij strand en de winkeltjes. Het was handig dat we een huurauto hadden om naar het oude centrum te gaan. Helaas was het weer wat minder, zodat we niet zoveel gebruik hebben kunnen maken van het zwembad. Het enige nadeel vonden we het geluid van de snelweg als je buiten zit.

Wir haben diesen Urlaubsort sehr genossen- den Blick aufs Meer, den Pool zum Abhängen, die gute Ausstattung des Hauses und die Nähe zur Stadt, wenn man mal rauswollte. Wir hatten eine super Zeit!

Urlaub

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in der Villa - es ist alles so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Punktabzug gibt´s für die laute Strasse tagsüber, die lauten Hunde der Nachbarn Nachts, der Grillplatz der leider hinter dem Haus liegt und kaputte Fliegengitter. Sonst war alles super - vielen Dank!
