This is a charming studio apartment on a quiet alley with off-street parking. Amenities include Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, a full kitchen, electric fireplace, a comfortable, queen-sized memory foam bed, and absolutely beautiful, plentiful ambient light. Dedicated washer/dryer in the apartment (not pictured).

Enjoy comfort, peace and convenience for a weekend, a month or more. Close to downtown, Boise State University, Bogus Basin Mountain ski area, Ridge to Rivers hiking and bike trails, Boise River Park kayaking, and Hyde Park Historic District.

We came to Boise for a concert at BSU - the area is perfect for outdoor adventuring, and this rental was just the thing we needed to rest and recharge between outings! The owners are super friendly and helpful, and the rental itself includes all you could need :)

Quiet and spacious

Amazing for long term renters!

I lived here for a little less than three months during an internship and it was all that I could have hoped for. I always felt safe and taken care of, which is important for a young girl living alone in a town she doesn’t know! This place felt like home to me and I can’t imagine living anywhere else during my time in Boise. Mark and Teri were so friendly but also respected your privacy. I will 100% be coming back to this property the next time I visit.

Amazing getaway

Mark and Teri were the best hosts! They made sure everything was as expected. Other reviews mentioned how clean the apartment was. I must say…. I have never stayed anywhere that I didn’t feel like I needed to do a little cleaning when I arrived. Until now. The spade was spotless. The apartment is cozy and homey with amazing natural light and the perfect cross breeze with the windows. Everything was perfect. I will definitely book again when I need some time away.

Great little studio for Boise visit

I stayed her 2 nights while moving my daughter into a house near Boise State. It was a quick 10 min drive to campus. A beautiful neighborhood for a walk, as well. I would stay here again when visiting my daughter

Perfectly Clean and Cozy!

I loved staying in this apartment above the detached garage. It offered the right amount of privacy, as well as security - being just at the edge of the property line. The location is perfect, in the wonderful neighborhood of the North End. Teri and Mark were very accommodating, being available for any questions or providing recommendations. Their communications were timely and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect for solo peeps

This lil space was perfection for a training I had in Boise. It was in a residential area that I felt incredibly safe in and it was 8 minutes away from Hulls Gulch! The space was modern, cute and comfy. Having netflix was an awesome perk for when I wanted to chill!

Mark and Teri are amazing hosts. The communication from the start my booking until the last day is wonderful. I really appreciate the detailed information on directions to their VRBO.after a long day of travel and delays it is comforting to have such detailed information. The North End Retreat is better than the pictures, it is spotless, cozy, warm and well equipped for a comfortable stay. After a days the travel the bed was so comfortable and cozy, the shower was perfect and I appreciated all the little extras and touches that made me feel save, secure and cozy. I was able to walk to Camel Back Park, it is close for nice walk or easy drive and close to the airport which for an early flight out made travel easy. Thank you.

A perfect apartment that had all the comforts and necessities for our 10 days. The owners were very helpful and prompt in answering a few questions we had prior to our stay. The apartment felt homey with the nice decorations and furnishings. The location is a short drive, less than 10 min. to many vacations spots and activities in Boise. Also, the neighborhood is perfect for a walk.
