Small pearl in the heart of Ivrea. Accommodation that falls in the Ex Hotel La Serra. Building built by Adriano Olivetti in 1972 using high-tech materials still used today. The style of the building is inspired by a typewriter. The interiors are neat and in 40sqm you have everything, bedroom, living room, kitchenette and bathroom. A few meters from the historic center of the city, the apartment overlooks a large green space, the gardens of Ivrea. A large public car park is just a few meters away. Within the structure, there are various activities including the swimming pool and a gym.
