This is a self contained flat with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, sleeping four in total. It is well equipped with two bathrooms (one with over bath shower, basin and toilet and the other with a shower, basin and toilet). There is a dishwasher and log burning stove in the kitchen and living room area which is equipped with dining room table and sofas seating four around TV. Although situated near main roads and amenities, the flat has an 'away from it all' feel with good walks and other leisure activities (eg Muckhart Golf Course and Cowden Japanese Gardens) nearby. Kinross is fifteen minutes away on the A977. There is a wildlife friendly garden with red squirrels, deer and many species of woodland birds to be enjoyed.
