My apartment is located 6 km from Sintra and 400 meters from Rio de Mouro Train Station (but we don't listen the train noise). You'll love my apartment because it is close to transportation (train to Sintra / Lisbon and bus) and all kinds of trades such as restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and garden. Good for couples, business travelers, families (with children), and furry friends (pets). Kitchen equipped with Cloths washer, microwave, fridge, and cooking equipment.
Free WI-FI. Cable TV with English, French, Spanish channels.

Nice place but a little to far and complicated if you don’t have a gps . A little hard for older people with no car

I'm glad that you appreciate the place. Regarding the location of the house is not so complicated to find it... But I know you had a bad experience with the bandit of airport taxi driver, who said that his GPS was not so good, and his mobile was with problems, and drive you around and around the location and only when I spoke with him he found the house....and make you pay more than double of normal price... My apologies for that. I agree that 400m from the train station is uphill but not too steep.
