About this property

(A102) Studio Condominiums

Our studios have fully equipped kitchenettes with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Our studios also offer dvd player, with a free movie library, river rock propane fireplaces, and private outdoor decks with electric barbeques. A studio is perfect for mom, dad, and a couple of children. We do not recommend a studio for four adults! Please be advised that sofa beds are only acceptable for small children, not for adults, as they are uncomfortable for adults, so we will not guarantee a good night's rest on them.

Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48-unit condominium complex not only offers you great mountain and forest views, but also offers you a great location to start your day from, just minutes from all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations, studios and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes, but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, and cable isn't available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite-based Internet system, and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions. We cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay.

Nice Stay in Yosemite

I was really worried about a review posted that said this place was awful, but we were relieved to arrive to a clean place. It’s in the park, which was great for accessing Yosemite valley, but it’s quite a drive to get to any food or grocery stores, so you’ll want to stop in oakhurst if you’re coming that way to stock up.

Great place close to Yosemite!

Our family of four (kids 6 and 9) had a great stay! Small but well-equipped kitchen, great location close to the park, and quiet condo complex. Internet was only in the other building, but we could walk a short distance to connect and it was nice to unplug for a couple days. The foldout bed wouldn’t be great for kids much older than ours, but it worked great for us. We’d stay here again!

This was an absolutely terrible experience. The room was completely dirty, with a black dust everywhere, including floor and furniture. When we asked management to clean it, they said this was clean and provided no assistance. It is an absurd. I think this was the worst experience I've ever had in a trip. I recommend you stay away from this property so it doesnt ruin what would be otherwise a great trip to Yosemite.

Terrific family studio condo in Yosemite West, just right

Our family of four (two children) spent the days in Yosemite, and this was the perfect little spot to rest our weary feet! A small kitchen and bathroom gave us just what we needed. It was clean, well stocked with essentials (coffee, microwave, large refrigerator, oven, stove top, satellite TV, and more). The WiFi worked (although basic) which was a pleasant surprise. I recommend if you are a couple or a small family and want to keep things affordable. Great choice!

Depends on what you need

The location was awful, if you’re looking to be close to Yosemite Village with restaurants, but good if you want to be self-sufficient and out of the way. The apartment was superficially clean, but the floor was grimy. My feet were black within 5 minutes of walking barefoot. The grill and patio were outright dirty. When we arrived there was no running water which we were made aware of a few hours before our arrival, but still, not great! No air conditioning! Did not realize that from the listing. With a unit on the ground floor and bear warnings everywhere, I didn’t exactly feel comfortable leaving the balcony door open over night, though the property manager we talked to about the water assured us the bears were docile. Sure… Would not go back.

Large, beautiful studio perfect for a couple!

For many years, we rented a full size house in Yosemite West for family ski trips. Now our kids are grown and we needed only a condo for the two of us. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of this unit, which was perfect for the two of us. It has a well stocked kitchen with a large, beautiful countertop for food prep and then dining, with bar stools and good TV viewing (we were watching the Winter Olympics this week!). The bed was comfortable; the sofa and coffee table were well placed and comfortable, and the bathroom was also a nice size. The onsite management was helpful and friendly. A great surprise bonus-- WiFi worked well for us! We would definitely return.

Perfect location for those wanting to stay in YNP without an RV or camping in a tent! The only drawback was having no AC in the summer months when we visited. Fans were supplied and made it bearable. Awesome to have the use of the grill and all other homelike amentites.
