The master bedroom (king sized bed) with Walk in Wardrobe has an ensuite with bath/shower overlooking a native planted back garden and grassed area.
A second bedroom (King single bed with pull out single bed) is adjacent to the main bathroom and the foyer.
SECOND FLOOR:
The upstairs dining/kitchen/living/balcony area has beautiful ocean views with all 4 walls being louvered windows or glass sliding doors to capture the sea breezes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele walloven, ceramic cooktop & dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery and everything you could need to cook up a storm. Plenty of elbow room with an 8 seater dining table or eat outdoors on the balcony and experience amazing sunrises.
A relaxing lounge has a LCD flat screen TV with FREE WIFI and access to Foxtel Netflix, Kao, Amazon Prime & Disney plus. A book collection, board & card games is yours for those laze about times.
GROUND LEVEL: undercover parking for 2 cars, full laundry facilities (washing machine, dryer & outdoor line) next to a level grassed backyard with an outdoor shower.
The back gate opens onto a cleared walkway with direct beach access.

Tura Beach is only a 5 minute drive from central Merimbula, which is located on the Sapphire Coast of NSW; almost halfway between Melbourne & Sydney.
