Beachfront Bungalow - North Avoca

Absolute beachfront. Recently renovated throughout to create extra living space and provide modern amenities whilst retaining its beach cottage ambience. An ideal family holiday home with four bedrooms over two levels - main with ensuite.

Excellent views, large deck overlooking beach. Private access to beach. In close proximity to life saving club and patrolled area of beach (swim between the flags!)

Reverse cycle air-conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, filtered water in kitchen, polished floors, all first floor rooms have ceiling fans, double carport.

Facilities: Outdoor furniture, gas BBQ, TV, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, well equipped kitchen, separate laundry, auto washing machine, dryer.

Tenants can supply own bedroom bathroom and kitchen linen (all beds have doonas and doona covers, top and bottom sheets required). Alternatively linen can be provided from a local supplier for an additional cost (minimum weekly rates apply)

Premises available from 2.00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. Bookings Saturday to Saturday only

Pets not allowed under any circumstances.

Great beach stay

Return customers to the relaxing sounds of the Ocean at the beach house . Enjoyed our stay as usual , footsteps to the beach . The house is well equipped and very well maintained by thoughtful hosts . We will be back next year !

Amazing beachfront location with a great little cafe just a stones throw away too. The house has everything you need and is really lovely and freshly renovated. I would highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a great holiday on the Central Coast.

We just spent another lovely week at the Beach house at North Avoca . Perfectly situated on the beach for swimming or just watching the waves from the verandah . The house is very well equipped and comfortable. We have been coming here for a few years now and the family love it , we will be back next year !

S'Wonderful

Sitting on the back deck, watching the surf with a glass of champers in hand, was a little slice of paradise. The best view we've ever had from a vacation rental. It really is spectacular. What we really appreciated was the fact that there was more than enough seating for all of us and the kitchen had every kind of plate, glass and utensil that you would ever need to cook up a storm. We also loved the wildlife - lorikeets eating seeds out of your hand on the deck, rabbits/hares eating the grass next door and kookaburras sitting on the fence leading down to the beach who let you get within a metre of them so you could take that perfect holiday photo. Not to mention the large lizards basking in the sunshine. One small suggestion would be to have a shower curtain on the downstairs shower - it really did become a wet room with the water not draining from the floor. Perhaps a side table in the TV area between the two arm chairs would be a nice touch. Other than those couple of suggestions, our stay was wonderful.
