🏠 Our “Party Palace” property is a fun, spacious 4bd/2.5ba smart-home which can sleep up to 25 guests. Rates are based on occupancy, which includes anyone who will be entering the property at any point during your stay. We welcome non-advertised, private events as long as they are approved prior to booking.

👉 Looking to stay less than 3 nights and/or have less than 12 guests in your party? Please inquire prior to booking, as we typically have a 3-night minimum and also a 12-guest minimum-stay requirement on most weekends in peak season.
