About this property
Large Estate Close To Everything.
Breathtaking 3 acre gated private estate is being offered to those who have a need for “more”. The property is situated between two large horse properties and only 2 miles from the Denver Technological Center (DTC) and 15 minutes to downtown. This home has 9,000 square feet of living space, 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 4 fireplaces, 20 seat State Of The Art Theater, all backing to the High Line canal (60 mile walk/bike path).
I am often asked about hosting events at my home. I would like to limit the number of guests at the property to 30 and 20 overnight. Not interested in hosting wedding receptions.

Our stay was absolutely perfect here for our daughters wedding. Wonderful home for large groups. Perfect place for bridal party to get ready for the big day! Owner is fantastic with communication with quick response. Will definitely stay here again in the future!
The house is really spacious and there were 15 of us there. The kitchen was the focal point for us as we all sat around and chatted. Walking trail out back. The new water fountain was gorgeous!!
We stayed at the estate for a weekend trip to Denver. It proved to be a perfect location for our trips to and from Ball Arena for basketball games and also Denver bars/restaurants. What’s more, the kitchen and yard were large enough for us to do full group meals and activities. Everyone (about 20 people) slept comfortably and there were plentiful bathrooms. Jim was an excellent host and promptly answered my questions throughout the stay. Finally, I would be remiss not to mention the beautiful walking trail accessible from the estate’s backyard! All in all, I highly recommend Jim’s place.
There were 13 friends in our group, with plenty of room to spread out and plenty of nice gathering areas as well. Nice kitchen for cooking when needed and we thoroughly enjoyed the theatre as well. If we were to come to Denver as a group again, this would be at the top of our list for places to stay. I'd highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a large place to stay in the Denver area. Very nice!!
Our family reunion was so enjoyable in this house. The owner was very accessible and addressed our needs while we were here. The house is well stocked both in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location was amazing as it helped us acclimate to the altitude and be able to enjoy our mountain hikes. Thank you, thank you! We strongly recommend this house and location.
Our son got married nearby and this house was perfect for family to stay before and after the wedding. The house was huge! Plenty of space for 20 of us to be together or to find our own quiet area. We were able to host other family and friends for brunch, a pasta supper or just to comes d hang out. The location was perfect. The bike path was enjoyed by all ages. We traveled easily to Rocky Mountain , Garden of the Gods, the Flat Irons, the Botanical Gardens and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here & Jim, the host, was awesome when we had questions. We’d love to come back sometime.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
Large space for family gathering
PROs: location is fantastic
Huge, spacious home, multiple bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bath. Makes getting ready for a wedding ideal.
Great space for hanging out with family and playing games, etc
CONs: the property is very run down and needs a thorough cleaning. Steam shower in the master bath is super moldy and dark. Many lights just don’t work. Landscaping is overgrown and there are some broken steps/pavers that are broken
We traveled to Denver for our son’s wedding and needed a place large enough for our whole family. This house was the perfect location and size to accommodate our bunch comfortably. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was perfect to cook and feed a large group and and was stocked with everything you would need and more. I was really impressed with all the spices provided. The theater room and pool table were fun for all! Our kids loved watching movies and it kept them entertained for hours while the adults enjoyed relaxing on the deck and patios. The host, Jim, is great! He was helpful and available! We could not have had a better experience for such an important event in our lives!!!
Our stay at this tremendous property was amazing. The host was immediately responsive to any requests or concerns. He provided extra baby equipment to support our needs of the family. The house is very spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of room to spread out for gaming, a quiet getaway, toddler play, and lots of other activities. The bedroom is worse expansive and very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is very convenient. The house is very soundproof so there can be lots of activity going on with lots of noise and you don’t hear it throughout the house. The line canal Trail is adjacent to the property and accessible through the gate in the backyard. It is wonderful for walking bike riding or jogging. We enjoyed it immensely! There is plenty of room for parking cars and the garage is accessible. The kitchen is large and well equipped to allow for cooking and meal preparation. All in all this was the perfect stay for our large family!
This house is absolutely stunning and has everything you need for a fun week or weekend with family. It’s such a big, beautiful house with classy furniture and decor and very comfortable beds. The master bedroom and bathroom are truly a work of art. My family and I had such a good time staying here and everyone was comfortable. The upper/main floor is so spacious and has plenty of room for everyone to hang out, but the basement is the real showstopper - a pool table, movie theater, and little kitchen for all your party needs. Jim is the best host I’ve ever had - he is a real class act guy. He responded to all of my questions before the stay and was extremely helpful when we had an issue come up (not relating to or the fault of him or the house, but an emergency on our side). I highly recommend choosing this place and choosing Jim for your stay - I was beyond impressed.
