Kick back, relax, and enjoy all that Parker, Colorado has to offer for families and larger groups in this amazing 2-story home located in a quiet cul de sac with stunning mountain views. This home backs to open space, walking trails and a fun playground for the kids! The main floor has a 1/2 bath, huge kitchen, living room, dining area for 12, family room and office room with a daybed that sleep 2 (no door on this room). The upstairs has the master bedroom (king), 5-piece master bathroom, loft, washer/dryer, and 3 more bedrooms (queens). Two bedrooms share a full bathroom and the other bedroom has a full attached bathroom. 1 room is bunk house (2 twins over 2 full size- sleeps 6). There are additional sofa beds and air mattresses for extra guests. The basement has another master suite (queen), living area with sofa bed, office, and extra full bathroom with a beautiful bar & kitchen area. The house is pet friendly! No hottub or spa available at this home. Come and gather at this cozy home and make wonderful memories with your group!

Perfect in Parker

Beautiful home that accommodates a large crowd. The host was super responsive to any questions and made us feel very welcome. We had family from Vermont, Pennsylvania, and Missouri all meet here and the check in was so easy. Would definitely recommend.

This place was amazing. Very nice house in a very nice neighborhood. This was for a business trip with 7 grown men. We enjoyed our stay for sure.

Fantastic house

Great house for a large group of friends visiting from the east coast. Place was very clean, easy to access and a great location. Fantastic large kitchen island with connecting family room was perfect for our group.

We had to come to Parker from Washington state for our aunt service. It fit 4 adult couples, two 20 year boys, and a 2 month old very comfortable. Thank you for a hassle free stay.
