This house was a great size for our group and the location was wonderful! The house provided great amenities as well. The only downside is that the temperature in the bedrooms is very warm due to the swamp cooler. A few rooms had plug in fans, but I think every room needs one in order to sleep comfortably. The ceiling fans were not very effective. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

We had the best time here. The kitchen area and outdoor backyard were so awesome for relaxing and visiting. Parking was easy and the location worked well for us. Easy to get downtown and to restaurants. Loved soaking in the hot tub. We had a group of 15/16 from out of state. I would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Wow! What a beautiful home! One of the nicest vacation rentals I’ve stayed in. You’ll be impressed with all the decorations in this home and how much space there is. We had a great time enjoying the hot tub, movie room, and the super nice massage chair. The neighborhood is peaceful and charming, and we really enjoyed our stay. The host was very accommodating, and communication was easy and smooth. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Denver!
