About this property

Private 2 bedroom basement unit w/ plush queen beds, 2 separate living rooms, & sunny outdoor space. Gorgeous tree-lined parkway right across the street. Only blocks from City Park, Museum of Nature & Science, Denver Zoo, and lively East Colfax, bustling with restaurants, bars, music venues & shops.

Complimentary teas & k-cup coffee are provided, along with breakfast goodies to tide you over until you hit the town.

The mini-fridge, microwave, & toaster are great for snacks and quick meals, and the large dining room is perfect for take-out or prepared foods from nearby grocers. Please note there is no true kitchen or stove in the unit.

There are 2 Roku TVs with Netflix in the living areas, and you can airplay/chromecast whatever you like from your own streaming services via your phone or laptop.

The washer and dryer are yours to use anytime along with detergent and fabric sheets.

Guest access:
Your unit is private with a separate alley entrance for you to come and go as you please. Enjoy the backyard or bench-lined outdoor space by the entryway to soak up the sun with coffee or a drink, or head right across the street to the parkway for a morning stroll, lawn games, or even a picnic.

We live right upstairs and can immediately respond to any concerns or questions you have. Feel free to reach out anytime.

Other things to note:
You might occasionally hear us playing piano or composing music upstairs during the day. If it's ever bothersome, just give a quick call or shoot me a text : )

Vacation with grandkids

Went to the nearby zoo, amusement park, and museum. Very comfortable hassle free. Will definitely consider when visiting Denver again. Thank you David

A quaint neighborhood stay

Great Place!

This property was a comfortable place to stay in a great location, and David truly excelled in his communication with me. In fact, I would say he was the most responsive and most helpful property manager I have ever encountered!

Great Location, Nice Neighborhood

David was a very responsive before and during our stay, to include several requests for date changes on my part. The property is close to downtown Denver. Easy Uber, there’s also usually motorized scooters and bikes you can ride around, which my daughter and I enjoyed. The property was clean and had plenty of amenities. Overall it was a perfect fit for what we needed. My daughter and I were there for a tournament in the Denver/Aurora area. Would stay there again if we come back.
