Grew up in the DC area, and been chasing the mountains ever since I had the ability to! Love how much there is to do in Denver, and I love to create spaces that enable close friends, family and loved ones to come together and enjoy each other's company and time.
Why they chose this property
The house is well situated in a private corner of the Green Valley Ranch Neighborhood - lined with mature trees, backed up by an award winning Golf Course, ample lake views from many rooms and spaces around the house, and of course Mountain views from the Top 2 floors. There's so much to do at your doorsteps - from hiking, to biking, skiing, gliding, rafting & more!
What makes this property unique
