My roommate and I were extremely disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, the property was dirty the sheets and floors clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and there was trash left behind. The cleaning was so poor that we found an acrylic nail, dirty socks, and even weed on the ground. It was obvious the unit had either not been cleaned before our visit or had been cleaned very poorly.The property description is misleading. The video shown online makes it appear much nicer than its current condition. When I made a simple request to have the place cleaned, the host became defensive, accused us of being too picky, and even suggested we move out.Another major issue was the overwhelming smell of marijuana coming from upstairs. Whoever was smoking started as early as 6 a.m. and continued again later in the evening, making the odor unavoidable.At the end of our stay, we were hit with charges we had no say in including damages to sheets we never used (we brought our own), claims of a dirty property (we had cleaned exactly as instructed), and missing pillows we never touched. The only remotely valid charge was possibly a few oil spots on the driveway.Overall, the reviews for this property seem outdated and do not reflect its present state. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Nice Place to Rest for yourself

We spend a few days in this flat and it was for us perfect. We wanted to spend a few days for our own and it works perfekt. In the near you have a Pool and around you a good view to the city or the Mountain.

Basement apartment; month long stay

My husband and I enjoyed this 2 bedroom basement/ground floor apartment. Separate entrance, decently equipped kitchen and personal washer/dryer were great. Naturally, you can hear the homeowners upstairs but they were polite and courteous. It was great for a longer term stay; comfortable beds and spacious bathroom too.

I especially loved dealing with a wonderful owner on a long term rental. Very smooth transactions. Beautiful new 1600 SF "Home Away From Home", fully equipped and beautiful mountain and sunset views.

The basement apartment is very spacious and clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable and linens were all very plush. The tiled walk-in shower with two shower heads was very nice. Our host was welcoming and hospitable while also giving us great privacy. Kitchen had nice refrigerator and stove top. It had appliances and cookware that we needed as we cooked in for our meals. It doesn't have an oven but does have a very large toaster oven that worked fine for baking chicken breasts for our family. The neighborhood is also very nice. It was a very relaxing place for our family to be. My boys loved playing in the medium sized unfenced grassy backyard. There is a rather large drop off (landscaped hill leading down to a road) at end of backyard, so if you had young toddlers you would just want to watch them and be aware of that. Would definitely stay again.

fantastic place

I came over to America from England and myself and my grandson stayed here, we loved every minute of it, great views, great surroundings. We met magda and she was extremely friendly. Beds were nice and comfy, and there was space for everything, There is a children's playground on the road behind the property and also the swimming pool. If i ever come back i will definitely stay here again, thank you.

Comfortable and convenient

The ground level apartment is comfortable and spacious. Great views and lots of windows. Convenient to I15 and very close to the Point of the Mountain.

This property was beyond perfect.

We loved staying here! The neighborhood and home was beautiful. The owner was so kind and quick to respond to any questions I had. My family and I will for sure stay here again on our next trips to Utah. It felt comfortable like a home not a hotel and my daughters loved the yard:) thank you for letting us stay!

Very clean and great location

We had a great time in Draper. Magda and sons' new apartment was just what we needed for a 3 night stay only 5 minutes from Point of the Mountain (a world premier paragliding site that we were so happy to get a chance to fly at). The place was very clean and spacious. It had a great view of the city and felt very private even though people were living upstairs. Thank you for a great stay!
