Located on the Voted number "#1 beach in America" famous Siesta Key in Sarasota, Florida, The Magnolia House offers the perfect vacation getaway. Two separate units are on this property at 317 and 319 Canal Rd, one upstairs and one downstairs. Each unit is booked separately, or you can book both units for a private family vacation. We book only weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
Recently renovated in the Tommy Bahama style, The Magnolia House maintains that great 'Old Florida' flair with all of the modern-day amenities our guests expect.
Once you arrive, simply park the car and let the good life begin. Walk one block to Siesta Key Village for a fresh tropical drink at the Daiquiri Deck, or have some oysters at the Siesta Key Oyster Bar. Ready for the beach? The Gulf is only steps away! Need some groceries or some new flip flops? You guessed it. Nearby! Don't feel like going anywhere? How about a dip in your heated pool?

Wonderful Location

Enjoyed our stay—-so close to the village and the beach. Our unit was well appointed with everything we needed to cook a great dinner and if we didn’t feel like cooking, we walked 0.1 mile and had a great selection of restaurant dining. Location is everything!

Beautiful property in the perfect location

This property is PERFECT! It is located in Siesta Key Village and is only one block from all the restaurants, shopping, and local grocery store. The house and pool were extremely clean; we didn't want to leave. Jane, the property manager, was extremely responsive and flexible with our check-in and check-out process. The free trolley runs daily and the property is so close to everything that we we didn't even need to rent a car. We will definitely be back!!!

A great winter escape...

We enjoyed a nice week away from cold temperatures at this conveniently located property with heated pool, adequate but not exceptional beach visit supplies and comfortable lodging and kitchen (except for cooking gear including pots and pans and knives, which could all use replacing).

Great Pool

We loved the pool & the Tiki bar. We had several meals outside by the pool. The beach home was comfortable. Could use a little help with ceiling stains in several rooms. We got 2 drop in visits from management, taking out trash & blowing the leaves. We thought that was a bit excessive. All in all, it was a great stay.

Could be a lot Better

This property was just ok. I don't understand why the owner will not spring for a decent refrigerator with an ice maker. It also had wire shelves which are cheap. Drinks will not stand up properly. There was only ONE wine glass. The top shelf of the dishwasher was broken. The tv remote in the master was very difficult to use. For what this place costs the owners/managers should do much better.

Wonderful Stay!

Great location, great communication with property manager, very clean! We will definitely stay here again in the future! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the beach chairs and wagon:)

Nice house, excellent location

We had a wonderful vacation. The property is reasonably priced. It’s conveniently located a block from Siesta Key village and less than a half a mile walk from the beach. Would highly recommend.

Great property on Siesta Key

I really enjoyed my stay here. The property was very clean and in a great location very close to town and Siesta Key Beach. I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time. Could we have been any closer to downtown, heck no. Four houses away and full of fun but had our privacy as well. Enjoyed walking to the corner for the free trolley, people watching is priceless. The condo was so well equipped and the owners were awesome in responding. We will be back and hopefully rent both floors at once!!

Perfect location

Our stay was incredible. We will book this house for many years to come. The pool was amazing. The location to the village was great. Beds were comfortable. Great place.
