Berkshire Lakes is an exclusive private residential community which is only 5 miles from downtown Naples and the beach. Our apartment is a 2 Bed 2 Bath unit on the ground floor and is nearly 1400 sq ft. It is fully air-conditioned and fully furnished with everything from towels to cutlery we don’t lock anything away and even leave cool boxes and beach chairs for you to use, a real home from home. Please Note the Minimum booking is one calendar Month.
Through the main hall, you approach the eat-in kitchen area and the living room. The living/dining room has sliding patio doors onto the enchanting balcony which lets you enjoy the glorious Florida outdoors. The Living room has the main 55in wall mounted T.V with cable and Netflix. This is were the Wi-Fi router is located for the free Internet.
The main bedroom contains a double bed with a walk-in wardrobe and is an en-suite with a walk-in shower/Toilet.
The second bedroom has its own fitted wardrobes.
There is also a second family bathroom.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has all the usual necessary appliances including fridge with ice maker, oven, and dishwasher. There is a full complement of bakeware should you wish to eat in.
The floor is carpeted throughout and has ceramic tiles in the kitchen and the wet areas.
We also pride ourselves in the location of the unit within the Newcastle area of Berkshire Lakes which is just a short walking distance from the Heated community pool or if you prefer the Heated clubhouse pool and tennis courts are 5 minutes beautiful walk around the great Berkshire lake. Over 75% of our Guests are returning renters.

It’s a ten-minute drive to fashionable Fifth Avenue or buzzing Third Street and the beautiful white sand beaches of downtown Naples and its famous Pier. Enjoy fine dining, theatre and trendy shopping. At the beach enjoy the turquoise blue Gulf of Mexico where you’ll enjoy watching dolphins, pelicans and other shorebirds. There is nothing more beautiful than a sunset on the beaches of Naples.
