Azure on the Beach is a beautiful absolute beachfront home in Boomerang Beach, NSW, which is famous for its surf, dolphins and whales.

Just 3 hours’ drive north of Sydney (or 1.5 hours from Newcastle), Azure is perfect for families, couples or small groups looking for a relaxing and comfortable weekend escape, or longer beachfront holiday.

NOTE: Children under age 8 will not be accepted except during school holidays.

Azure on the Beach is ideal for a relaxing beachfront holiday, including surfing, swimming, fishing, sailing, paddle boarding, and bush-walking.

Azure 1 includes the following outstanding features:

• Absolute beach frontage
• Level access for easy arrival and unpacking
• A covered verandah overlooking the beach, with a gas BBQ
• A huge upstairs master bedroom upstairs which overlooks the beach, with a private balcony, full en-suite, air-con, ceiling fan, heated towel rack and under floor heating
• Main bathroom has a double vanity, separate bath and shower, heated towel racks and under floor heating
• The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have private outdoor courtyards with tropical rain showers,
• Sleeps 6 in luxuriously comfortable beds, or 12 if booked with Azure 2
• Totally integrated entertainment system, including a complete home cinema with 107cm plasma TV/DVD, Austar satellite channels, and internet access, over 30 movies on DVD, and access to Netflix (with the internet service)
• Cosy fireplace
• Full-size entertaining and dining suite with quality cutlery, crockery, and glassware

Wonderful house

If you want to sit and watch the waves roll in over boomerang beach then you are in the right place. Greta views, great location to everything between boomerang & blueys beach’s and was a great break for a family with teenagers.

Luxurious Digs on the Beach

Luxurious accommodation on the beachfront. Meticulously maintained with your every need anticipated. Main bedroom with gorgeous views and comfort. Outdoor showers with the other bedrooms are unexpected fun. Boomerang Beach is always a treat.

A Little Piece of Paradise

The house was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The attention to detail was excellent. The location was outstanding, right on the beach/Pacific Ocean. The views were spectacular. The nearby village was in easy walking distance, for morning coffee or a tasty lunch. The Booti Booti National Park offered many walking trails with scenic outlooks. Thanks, John.

We stayed at Azure 1 when we attended a friend's 40th birthday on Boomerang Beach. It was very convenient for us and an easy walk to our friend's house up the beach. The house is nicely fitted out with incredible views and beach access. The host, is very kind, thorough and makes your stay as easy as possible, which adds a very nice personal touch that is not always the case with holiday rentals. There were a few things not working properly due to a recent storm but he made us aware of these prior to our stay which was appreciated. The courtyard showers linked to the downstairs bedrooms are a lovely touch as is the outdoor shower - a favourite. We travelled with our 2 year old and the spaces worked well for her - including being able to darken the downstairs room for daytime naps (not always an option in rental properties). The only thing worth mentioning on this front is that the kitchen/living floor can get quite slippery with little wet feet, so a bit of care should be taken with very young kids. We had a wonderful weekend. Thank you.

The Perfect Holiday

I feel I will be repeating the sentiment of many others that have stayed at Azure 1 but we had an exceptional stay. John was a magnificent host who went above and beyond accomodating our needs (providing an early check in so my toddler could have her midday sleep) and checking in regularly to see if there was anything we needed. The house itself is extremely well built and set up well for young families like ourselves to have kids sleep in noise free rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the proximity to the beach meant that we could come and go as we please all in all making our stay the perfect, relaxed family holiday. I have already enquired with John about booking Azure 1 and 2 for a larger family holiday next year, that’s how good it was. Enjoy!

Fantastic!

We spent 6 nights in Azure #1 and had the absolute best time! The location is perfect - walking distance into Blueys for a coffee, and right on the beach so the kids could run between the beach and the house all day. John was a pleasure to deal with and very attentive answering any questions throughout our stay. We will definitely be staying again!

A great week away

We had an amazing time at this property. Even though we had rain for a few days it was so peaceful and relaxing having the beautiful views. The house was perfect for what we needed and the open plan living opening out onto the deck gave us all enough space. Check in was easy and John was really responsive to our requests. We love this area and will definitely be back.

Wonderful house in the best location

Absolute beachfront at the Southern end of Boomerang Beach. The property is wonderful with everything you need. The view of the beach from the main bedroom is stunning. Would definitely stay here again. Boomerang Beach is quiet and relaxed even at peak season.

Fabulous and relaxing

We loved the location , its truly spectacular. We rarely left this fabulous house, it was the perfect get away for our family of 5. We know the area so organised our groceries to be delivered the day we arrived. The little set of shops do good coffee, small amount of groceries, bottle shop plus other necessities. The few restaurants in the area are good. It’s old style get away in terms of area and this accommodation is contemporary modern beachside with flare.

Wonderful!

We have just returned from Easter up on Boomerang Beach and having been twice before staying in different properties, we have now found the perfect beachfront house! Azure was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 plus the grand-parents visiting from France. The position looking out onto the beach is breath-taking and the house itself is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and good value (but don't but the prices up!!) - we particularly enjoyed the courtyard showers! We will definitely be back - sooner rather then later I hope!

Absolutely beautiful beachfront

We had an amazing weekend at Azure. The house is immaculately presented and the location cannot be beaten anywhere...the sounds of crashing waves, the sunshine, the white sandy beach, pure bliss and perfection! I used to stay at Boomerang Beach throughout my childhood and it's great to see so much of the area and people have remained a true North Coast beach side destination. We will absolutely be back...and I dare say many times over many years!

We had a lovely few days at Azure.It was beautiful looking out on the beach and there were some good places to eat nearby. John's directions and information about how things worked were excellent.The house is very comfortable but could use a bit of updating and maintenance, as it's looking a bit tired in spots(not quite like the video).

Relaxing, briliant environment, great spot to stay

Kiia and I had a mid week break at Azure - thoroughly enjoyable. Staring with an excellent guide to find and access the property, then enjoyed the stunning views and beach access. The property is very well equipped, comfortable and is close to the local shops & restaurants. We had a great time, and we will be back.

Perfect position!

How nice is it to wake up to the sound of the waves! Would you like to watch the sea and surfers from the comfort of your deck with a glass of wine in hand? Then go to Azure! Great position, comfy and stocked with everything you could need. We had a great stay. Would love to come back in summer and take both Azure 1 and 2.
