Kalbarri Riverview Resort Unit 33

* Unit 33 is a privately managed, 2brm, self contained unit within the beautiful Riverview Holiday Apartments, Kalbarri complex (formerly known as Beach Resort)..
* Bring Your Own linen & towels. However, blankets & pillows are provided, along with full kitchen facilities.
* EXTRAS: $75 cleaning fee. This will appear in final quoted price.
* Payment via Stayz/Vrbo (deposit & balance). No refundable Bond is required.
* Questions??? - please contact the owner (before committing to a booking).
* Full use of resort facilities including 25m kid-friendly pool, tennis court (BYO equip) and BBQ's.
* Caters for 5 with a queen sized bed in one room and 3 singles (bunk+1) in the other.
* Ground floor. Excellent facilities for families. Close to laundry and kids play area.
* Consumables e.g. soap, tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, etc are NOT provided. They may be purchased at the nearby Supermarkets in town.
* Unit 33 has a non-smoking policy.
* Deal directly with the owner (via Stayz/Vrbo). Payment method details available when you book.

LOCATION
* Kalbarri is a 6 hour drive north of Perth off the Brand Highway. It is situated at the mouth of the Murchison River in the Kalbarri National Park. Bus and plane services are also available.
* Resort is close to shops & river.
* Kalbarri offers - bakery, butcher, IGA, supermarket, banks and agencies, coffee shops, fuel stations, post office, hotel/bottle shop, restaurants, surf shop, chemist, hairdresser, beauty salon, 2nd hand shop, fish and chips, skate park and more.

Kalbarri stay

Accommodation was centrally located so you can walk to most things. Great coffee shop and fish and chips just next door. Unit has everything you need for a short stay.

Nice little getaway

Nice clean property, Rob was great at communication and explaining property check in etc. Location was beautiful. Only downside was having to bring all our own sheets, towels, etc, making the beds and keeping the towels clean and dry without access to other clean towels and linen. However this was all explained by Rob before we paid for the property and it was made clear, so we totally understood, it was just a little annoying at times on the holiday, hence only 4 overall stars. We wouldnt let it stop us from staying here again, we would probably just bring extras next time.

Exactly all we needed.

For a family on a budget, its great. Its in a great spot, close to beaches and shops. Pool, playground for little ones. Comfy beds, a tv and a kitchenette with all you need.

A great family stay

We couldn’t have asked for any more, the property manager was friendly and communicative, the property was clean and exactly as we had expected. The location in the Resort and across from the the river is fantastic.

Perfect family place to stay with plenty of room for children. Excellent facilities with the playground and swimming pool so close! Great location to town centre and beach across the road:) Will definitely be staying here again!

Relaxing getaway in Kalbarri

Very easy to access with a key box and code provided, although I worried that the code wasnt ever changed and people could access the key. The unit had everything needed, kitchen was well fitted out, the beds were comfortable,, great shower and the evaporative air con functioned well. The only negative was that the unit really needed new couches. Great location in Kalbarri.

Apartment is exactly what we expected. Amazing apartment and within walking distance to everything especially the jetties for boat charters! Clean and well maintained, air con in the bedrooms would be nice but the main lounge room aircon more than makes up for it! Rob is great and contacted me within hours of booking! Great guy and will highly recommend staying here to all my friends!
