DG04 is a spacious, ground-floor apartment near Nai Thon Beach, ideal for guests seeking a calm, comfortable, and relaxing stay in Phuket.

Set within the secure, gated Pearl of Naithon development, the apartment sits beside one of Phuket’s most unspoilt beaches.

Nai Thon offers a quiet village atmosphere, excellent local restaurants, and beautiful soft sand, all just 15 minutes from Phuket International Airport.

The apartment provides 180 sqm of indoor living space plus 52 sqm of private terraces, furnished as a true second home with quality finishes throughout. The flooring has recently been updated to modern grey tiles, giving the apartment a fresh, contemporary feel. Updated photos will follow.

Master bedroom with super-king bed, en-suite bathroom and terrace access. Bedroom 2 with king bed and en-suite. Bedroom 3 with twin beds and en-suite. TVs, air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms

All en-suite. Master bathroom with double bath, rain shower, double sink and WC. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have separate showers, sink and wc.

Excellent stay in an exceptional apartment

It's a fantastic place. Very closed to the beach. Amazing holiday in an amazing place with thai spirit. Very best quality and organized as high standard. Very beautiful well cept and peaceful. I am very impressed by the kitchen equipment and the tvs and audio.best location in the area especially when you are with children. There was some lovely touches too, chilled bottles of water and wine in the fridge and some basic goods for breakfast . Which was lovely as we arrived quite early in the morning and used to travel with three small kids.This is the top place for me and my family. The grounds and the facility are cept clean Communication with Hanna and Guy, the owners was fantastic and their prompt replies on any questions we had, made the preparations and the actual holiday run extremly smoothly. May who met us with the property keys was also,very helpful. I would highly recommend this beautiful and peaceful apartment in Pearl of Naithon and we would have no hesitation in returning to it the next time we visit phuket.

Thailand holds a special place for us, and DG04 is very much our family’s home away from home. Our children have been coming here since they were one year old, and the apartment has always been set up with families in mind. There are toys, games, and practical family touches throughout, alongside the comfort and quality we value when travelling ourselves. We may not be there as often as we’d like, but we take great pride in making sure everything is ready for a relaxed and stress-free stay for guests of all ages.

Why they chose this property

After many years of searching around the world for the right place, Guy fell in love with Nai Thon Beach in Phuket. Set in a beautiful forested valley, it offers a calm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like Thailand as it was years ago: unspoilt, friendly, and relaxed. The beach is beautifully clean, the sea is great for swimming, and there are excellent small local restaurants, making it an easy and enjoyable place for families to settle into.

What we especially love about Nai Thon is how well it works for families. Children can enjoy the beach, the swimming pool, and the relaxed pace of life, while parents appreciate the peaceful surroundings and short drive from the airport. At the same time, Phuket offers plenty of family-friendly attractions close by, including water parks, animal experiences, golf courses, markets, and international shopping. For older children and adults, the lively restaurants, markets, and entertainment of Patong are around a 30-minute drive away. It’s a rare place that offers both tranquillity and variety, making it ideal for a family holiday.

What makes this property unique

DG04 is unique because it has been furnished and equipped as our own home, not as a typical rental. Comfort and easy living were always the priority, and the apartment is well stocked with the amenities guests actually use and appreciate.

The lounge is designed for spending time together, with three large sofas arranged around a generous coffee table that works perfectly for relaxing, socialising, and family time. There is also a wide selection of board games, including Monopoly, Risk, Scrabble, and Twister, making it especially enjoyable for families and longer stays.

The apartment is a corner, ground-floor unit, offering a greater sense of privacy while still being just a few metres from the swimming pool.

For guests who prefer fresh air over air-conditioning, ceiling fans have been fitted throughout the apartment, including all bedrooms, the lounge and dining area, and the terrace, allowing for flexible and comfortable temperature control.
