This 1.1 acre property with a 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom house is perfectly set up for families with kids.

It has a clean modern aesthetic and furniture and is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Sag Harbor.

It comes with the following:

- Heated swimming pool (18x36) with an automatic pool cover (safety at the touch of a button) + heated outdoor shower by the pool + pool deck wired for Sonos

- Wooden deck & pergola with designer outdoor furniture (sun loungers, outdoor living set and outdoor dining set)

- Weber 4 burner grill

- Large backyard beyond the pool/deck with play structures for kids (double swings, ninja line, rope tunnel), and a “backyard trail” for kids

- Basketball hoops, various sized bikes and scooters suitable for kids and adults

- Ultra-modern, fully-loaded kitchen with high quality appliances / fixtures (Nespresso, fridge has an ice and filtered water dispenser)

- Very large indoor kids play area with lots of toys and even an indoor bouncy castle

- Gym with a Peloton bike, punching bag, weights & other gym equipment, & lifting bench

- Very large/efficient washer and dryer

- 3 flatscreen TVs (65 inch in living room, 55 inch and 49inch in 2 of the bedrooms) No cable but the TVs are set up with Apple TV / Android capabilities

- WiFi & Sonos wireless speakers throughout the house

- All the pool floats/ beach toys you could possibly want

- Highchairs, booster seat

- 2 x blow-up queen mattress, 1 x blow-up toddler bed, 1 x travel crib all available

**Important note: the ideal group for this house is a family with 4-5 adults + 1-2 kids/baby. Please note the bedroom set-up description below.

1) Primary bedroom with bathroom & King Bed

2) Basement bedroom with private bathroom & King Bed

3) Kids bedroom with twin bed (but can be set up to add a queen blow-up, toddler blow-up or travel crib)

This is a beautiful home for a family/friends getaway with lots of pool time and relaxation.

Very centrally located in Sag Harbor - 5minute drive from Sag Harbor Main Street & 10minutes from Bridgehampton. Closest beaches are Long Beach (5min drive), Mecox, Sagg Main, Gibson Lane (15min drive)

Wonderful time in Sag (family with young kids)

The house is wonderfully appointed for a family with small children. Tons of toys, games, floaties, books, outdoor equipment (including a ropes course). I also really appreciated that the host made the stay as worry free as possible - everything from heated pool to awesome temp AC - it was a perfect stay. She was responsive to the questions we had as we settled aun and looked for things here and there. We will definitely be back!

Great for families with children!

Had a wonderful stay with my family (including two children, aged 3.5 and 1.5). Huge playroom with plenty of toys, art supplies and books to keep kids busy even on rainy days. Beautiful yard and pool including small outdoor climbing structures and even a small slide for kids. Modern furnishing and appliances. The digital piano, basketball hoop, Netflix, gym, Peloton etc also kept our group of adults (with diverse hobbies) entertained. Easy drive to Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton and the beaches. Host was very responsive to questions. We stayed an entire month and it was a perfect holiday home.

Summer fun in Sag Harbor

This home is exactly as advertised - beautiful and well appointed. The owners were gracious hosts and easy to work with. We had a wonderful time!

Stunning Sag Getaway

We lacked for nothing during our stay. This home was delightful and well-appointed: Comfy, luxe beds and beautiful interior design, a large heated pool and serene deck area. Stocked with lots of pool toys and a great play area in backyard. Owners were available for communication and responsive to any questions/needs.

Excellent location and beautiful home

This home was beautiful. 4 bedrooms, 2 of which were set up for children. The home was meticulously clean and well organized. They were well stocked with towels and necessities. The pool was fabulous, we really enjoyed it and they had plenty of floats etc. The sound system was also nice to have and easy to use. Location was great, easy drive or quick Uber to wherever we wanted to go.

We loved this house!

The house is as beautiful as the pictures suggest. A lot of thought was put into renovating this house. There are lots of nice little touches, like a row of power outlets just where you need them for your phone or tablet. The kids room downstairs makes it a great place for children. Michelle was incredibly responsive when I did have questions. She made our stay easy and stress free.
