Our group of 12 had an awesome stay. Rory was amazing to work with, helping with check in, setting up catering options and more. And the house was perfect...beautiful main room and dining area and an incredible pub-themed games room. It was also super easy to access the mountain with the wild horse gondola. A perfect stay!

As pictured and described the property is beautiful and well maintained. It met all of our needs perfectly. One concern prior to the trip was the daily to/from base mountain and I can now say it was as easy as some ski in/ski outs I have experienced. Great Christmas vacation

Our family of 14 (2 siblings, spouses and children) stayed for the week of Christmas to ski at Steamboat. The house was everything we could ask for and more! Everything was beautifully appointed, the house was very clean and well stocked with just about anything we could have asked for! We loved the hot tub, movie room, pool table, outside fire pit and the big dining room table. We especially appreciated the tasteful Christmas decorations and tree! Rory was very communicative and sent along a lot of helpful information. We loved Steamboat and look forward to coming back.

Annual trip of 4 dads and 4 teen boys. House amenities were great for the boys (movie theater, pool, hot tub) and the easy location was perfect for ski access. Awesome house and an overall great vibe. Sonos sound system a big plus for post ski fun!

Exceptional Stay

Our group was extremely impressed with this property. The location was excellent, very convenient to the complex's private gondola, and the house itself is fabulous. The movie theater was perfect for our 80's ski movie screenings and the game room was awesome. On top of it Rory was a great communicator and made everything easy. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful time in Steamboat. The house was clean and accurately represented on the VRBO site. Communication was great and flexible, especially regarding check-in and check-out. It was a fantastic family house suitable for all ages. Everyone loved the game and movie room. The built in humidifier and steam shower is also a nice bonus. The house’s convenient location made it easy to engage in activities for a wide age range.

The house is gorgeous, spacious and clean. Rory was so easy to work with and very accommodating. The location was also perfect. A short walk to the gondola that takes you directly to the base of the mountain. My whole family absolutely loved this house. And the movie theater was the cherry on top. A fantastic house!!

Stretch your legs!

So the house was as described and pictured on VRBO. Rory did a fantastic job communicating with me throughout the stay as well as prior to the stay. The home is about a 6 minute walk to the gondola that takes you to the town at the base of the mountain, drops you off right at the Black Tie Ski rentals shop in fact which is where we rented equipment as well as stored it overnight. That way when we came over each day, the equipment was right there, we put it on in the Amenity area, then walked to the first gondola up the mountain.The home was large and comfortable, nice areas to sit and relax etc...Would plan to stay here again next time we come to Steamboat!

Fabulous Steamboat ski in/out home

This home has it all. Great accommodations, entertainment areas, and convenient location. A four minute walk to Wildhorse neighborhood gondola whisks you off to the mountain base. Our group of ten slept comfortably. The technology in the home is simple & works well. Sonos & TVs are everywhere and easy to operate. Great kitchen with spectacular views, but don’t miss the pub-style ground floor that includes a beautiful bar, pool table, golden tee, and theatre room. Property manager very attentive to your needs. Our crew moves our ski trip to a different location each year, but this experience is making it hard not to return next Winter to SB & this home.

The can opener sucked. That’s all that sucked. Even bought a new one for the house.

My 12th year group ski trip was at this house and I loved every bit of it except the can opener. Bent cutting wheel or what ever it’s issue was, doesn’t matter now, we replaced it. 12 years of putting this trip together and 12 houses have come and gone. This house by far is my favorite one. I’ve had ski in/out at Breck, Copper, Jackson Hole and Vail but I’d take this short walk to the neighborhood gondola everyday of the week over the rest. COVID has changed the way my trips have been planned and what I look for in a house. I wanted the bar atmosphere without the bar and the mask. I found it here and more. The theater was fantastic for the end of the NFL regular season and the NCAA National Finals. As well as a few Quentin Tarantino films. The pool table is a must in my group due to the several cash tournaments we play every year. I was personally excited for the Golden Tee game and the amount of winnings that could be passed around with it being thrown into the mix. My excitement paid off too since I end up winning the most skins. But with all that being said the sound system is what stole the show for me. So much so I plan on buying Sonos system as soon as I get home. Music pours through out this house. All the major entertainment areas have music that you can control with your phone. A few of us had old school country on while chilling in the hot tub. While others warming up for the billiards tournaments listened to classic rock. The entertainment setup here is exactly what I was looking for. I also do all the cooking for my trips, a wanna be chef I’d guess you could say. But I’m pretty good at it my boys would let me know if I wasn’t. So if you’re into cooking this is also the place for you. The stove and the hard plumed natural gas grill on the deck are top notch. I’m telling you this has been the best house by far in the last 12 years. Thank you Rory for the opportunity to enjoy your home and for all the help you gave us when we called.

BETTER THAN EXPECTED

This house was GORGEOUS, and much more spacious than we expected. It was beautifully decorated and well-stocked. The huge upstairs den and kitchen made for a great gathering space, while the adjacent dining area was perfect for our whole group to dine together. It was really great with every bedroom having it's own bath. The whole house truly felt like a home-away-from home! We had so much fun every evening in the downstairs bar playing pool and enjoying the awesome movie room!!! The outside hot tub was the perfect size and we loved the foot jets!!! The short walk to the neighborhood gondola to get us to the slopes was easy, and made us realize how much we preferred to stay in this neighborhood as opposed to a smaller condo on the slopes. We will definitely stay in this fabulous home the next time we return to Steamboat!!! Hopefully sooner rather than later!!

Fantastic home

My family of 13, ages 10-73, just returned from a week at this beautiful home. The house was perfect. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with spices, soaps and paper goods which was very helpful. But most of all it has beautiful views of the mountain, the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced in any rental property and the kitchen is stocked with excellent cookware and tons of dishes and glasses. The neighborhood gondola is just a block from the house and takes you to the base of the ski area in less than 5 minutes. You can walk to it but we were all coming and going at different times so we just did pick ups and drop offs which was super easy and quick. There is a fitness center located at the gondola area with outdoor hot tubs and a heated pool which my family utilized and really enjoyed. But the house also has a large hot tub if you prefer to stay home. There is a quick way to the City Market, 5 minutes so it’s no big deal to run for groceries and just a 10 minute drive to the downtown area to shop or eat at local restaurants away from the base area. Rory was so nice and quick to respond, if needed. He communicated with us with check in and out instructions and any questions we had during our stay. Check in was super easy with just entering an electronic code. Definitely a 5 star vacation property. Thanks for the memories!
