We are taking bookings from residents of NSW for 2021. For residents of other states we are taking bookings from 2022. We also offer a full refund for cancellation due to COVID related issues.

Classic beach house offering the Quintessential Australian Beach Holiday! Sans Souci @ Red Rock has just had a facelift! Painted inside and out and two brand new bathrooms!! One main bathroom and a new ensuite attached to the Kind room. Heated towel rail, lovely cabinets and hanging hooks. Huge Australian Hardwood screened outdoor room with dining area and BBQ. Three bedrooms, Main Room offering King sized bed, second bedroom offering a Queen bed and Bunk Room offering double bed with single bunk above plus a single/single bunk. Sleeps 9. Port-a-Cot also available. Modern kitchen with electric stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher. 2.5HP Fujitsu Reverse Cycle Inverter Air Conditioning which cools/heats the whole house. Main Bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. Washing machine and Dryer. TV, DVD & VCR, all linen and cleaning products supplied. Everything provided for your holiday entertainment! 14' Canadian canoe, single wave kayak, boogy boards, noodles, buckets and spades, beach chairs, cricket and sports equipment, kids and adults bikes, games, puzzles, dvds, videos and a library of books! Red Rock

Red Rock is a quiet seaside hamlet with a variety of beaches at your doorstep. Play cricket or relax along the Corindi River in the park. Swim in the Corindi River and float the incoming tide, or paddle the canoe up into the estuary to catch yourself some dinner, chill with a picnic at little beach, take walks along the vast Red Rock beach or paddle accross the Corindi River and discover the beaches of Yuragir National Park! All beaches other than within the national park are dog friendly.

This property is the best place for a family to stay. Kayaks, boggie boards, beach toys, it had everything. Books, games and movies. Something for everyone. Just loved it. Even supplied beach towels as well. Short walk to the river also. Had a lovely time.

Great location, great beach house - loved it!

We spent two days with our dog, had a great time. We really liked the the place, it has everything you need and a really nice blast from the past with board games, VHS's, DVD's and a great book selection. You'll love your stay here, its a stones throw from beautiful beaches and a snappy 15 minute drive to Woolgoolga where you have plenty of cafe's and restaurants.

Pre Christmas getaway

Red Rock is a gem of a spot and great for kids. The property had everything we needed for our short pre-Christmas break. Nice to be able to use the kayaks on the river too. Highly recommend a stay here with family. Thanks for letting us stay at your property.

We all enjoyed our stay at Red Rock. The house had everything we could have wanted and more.It was just like being at home.We loved the netted verandah space and spent a lot of time there, eating, chatting and playing games etc.The yard was good for our 2 dogs too.All in all it was a great location and a great house. thanks

The house has absolutely everything u need, the weather was not kind on Saturday but we still enjoyed being there as enclosure verandah made it perfect to be outdoors. The area is beautiful and quiet and lovely to walk around

Fabulous stay at Sans Souci. The house has everything you need - basic food stuffs on arrival, entertainment - DVDs, games, books and water activity supplies - kayak/canoe/noodles/beach balls/buckets etc. The highlight of the house was the lovely enclosed verandah with comfy table and sitting area. Also - very comfortable beds. Will be back.

Pet-friendly, family beach holiday!

Well-worth it! We had a fantastic holiday. Sans Souci at Red Rock is set up with everything that pet owners, families and couples would like to have on a beach holiday but can't pack it into their car to bring for themselves.The equipment includes games, books, videos/DVDs, bikes, snorkeling equipment plus loads of beach gear. The house has a fully fenced yard, perfect for pets, and the balcony is fully fenced making it a verry secure location for pets and young children.There is a nature walk that starts down the side passage that leads to the main beach and caravan/coffee kiosk. Red Rock is a short drive to Coffs Harbor or other towns like Woolgoolga - well-worth exploring!The host is very responsive and we truly appreciate being able to stay here. Thanks, Belinda for an amazing holday!

Activities Galore

Games, books, beach toys, surf craft, kayak and so much more, all available for your enjoyment. Pet friendly and with a full house of guests it would be one busy little home. The outside screened area is a great hangout space. There’s heaps of mossie coils just in case some sneak in. The kitchen could do with a deep clean before guests arrive in the Summer, as we found dirty coffee cups and plates stored in the cupboard. Watch out for the ensuite door handle. If you close the door you’ll need to pull the handle UP not down to open the door. It could send someone into a panic if they didn’t realise. Overall it’s a very peaceful area with a friendly lady as a neighbour.

Fabulous!

We loved the bikes- back pedal brakes and all! They made it so easy and fun to get to the beach, tennis/basketball/handball (free courts beside the Bowls club) and along bush tracks for our whole family. There are boogie boards and boats too (canoe and kayaks) for a week-load of fun. The home was well stocked with extra bedding, board games, books, movies, basic cooking supplies like oil etc and the kitchen had plenty of containers and cooking utensils- no oven trays though. Both mattresses on the top bunks were thin (for light children only) so be aware of that when planning beds. The enclosed deck was lovely to dine outdoors at dusk. There is no under-cover park for cars but room for several if you're sharing with friends. There are a multitude of birds on the property and it's surrounds and we saw lots of droppings in the nearby reserves (of wallabies and possibly wombats?) but never saw any of the animals. If you venture to Coffs Harbour be sure to walk along the Marina walkway to Muttonbird Island. We spotted amazing fish in the clear, shallow waters next to the rock wall and boat moorings- it was one of our highlights. Yarrawarra aboriginal cultural centre is a short drive from Red Rock and has art & craft workshops during the school holidays but unfortunately not during our stay. Belinda was lovely and easy to contact regarding questions. You should really enjoy your stay at Sans Souci, it's the perfect place to enjoy Red Rock and it's surrounds.

Very quiet spot, good facilities and the king bed was very comfortable. Communication was excellent, we had no issues at all. Wouldn’t recommend the fish and chips from the local shop but that’s got nothing to do with the house. The outside screened in area is better than we expected.

Great spot for families and dogs

Very clean and organised property. Lots of games for kids and old videos to watch. Beautiful garden and yards. Unfortunately it rained the entire time so we didn't get to enjoy all the toys or time in the yards. Great place to stop with your dog. We will be back
