With approximately 2600 sq. ft., you will find you have plenty of room, and several indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces to enjoy when you aren't out tailgating at the game. Or, if you feel like staying in to relax, you can take a long bubble bath in the deep soaking jacuzzi tub.

the PERFECT get away

To start off with the property, it’s a very beautiful home that makes you feel comfortable and safe. The whole home is clean and well cared for with a rewarding view outside every window. The host is extremely knowledgeable about the area and helped me with every question I had. She was reliable and very quick to get back to me which made the whole experience so much easier. I would recommend this home to anyone and everyone I know because it was an absolutely perfect experience. I’ll definitely be booking again when I visit :)

We stayed at this property for a Notre Dame game weekend. The location was perfect proximity to campus. The upstairs main living area is perfect for entertaining. Crystal was a great communicator and the place was as described. Recommend for family or friends.

We stayed here with friends for the ND/Marshall game. The house was close to the stadium which made it very convenient! The house was nice and accommodated our whole crew. We will def stay there again sometime! The hosts were extremely attentive and went above and beyond.

We loved staying in this house! The owners were over the top with amenities. They made it easy to stay for only 2 days by providing bedding, towels, basic supplies, and nice surprises. The view of the lake is so peaceful. We enjoyed coffee on the patio and the comfortable family room. The communication was far above any VRBO experience I ever had. I would wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone and will tell friends and family. We hope to be back!

Beautiful house w a gorgeous view of the lake!

The house was perfect for our stay! The view of the lake was so peaceful. I looked out that window every morning while having my coffee. Speaking of which, the coffee machine is the best! It grinds the beans so it's super fresh! I especially liked the big comfy couch w the HUGE television. Also, the house was close to everything we wanted to visit which was important to us. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to rent this place again next time we're in South Bend!

Awesome!!

This is a wonderful property along with a very accommodating owner. We stayed here for a Notre Dame football game and it was great. It's a little far to walk to campus but we drove our car about a mile towards campus and then were very closeby to walk. The house has a large upstairs living and kitchen area for all of us to gather. Crystal even left a wonderful assortment of donuts for us to enjoy.
