Retro chic house, newly redecorated. Ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor. Vast space with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, large living room, pool, three terraces. Property is close to the center (350 meters) and nearest pebble beach is 2 km away. Sea view from the top terrace. Nearest restaurant is 100 meters away.

Free private parking, 15 meters away. Washing machine available.

Center of the place has few restaurants, pizza bar, caffe bars, supermarket, post office.

Ruhe und Erholung pur

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht und es wirklich genossen. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und der Bilder und ist gut für eine große Familie oder auch zwei Familien geeignet. Von der großzügigen Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Ausblick zum Hafen von Sumartin und in die Weite der Natur. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße des kleinen oberhalb gelegenen Ortes Selca. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin wohnte gleich nebenan und begrüßte uns zum Check in und half immer direkt bei Fragen. Der Pool war eine angenehme Erfrischung in der sommerlichen Hitze. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir wollen gerne wiederkommen und können dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen wenn man gern autark und etwas abseits der touristischen Hochburgen Urlaub machen möchte. Gleichzeitig erreicht man mit dem Auto alles was man möchte recht zügig auf der Insel. Vielen Dank für die schöne Erfahrung!
