ONE NIGHT REQUESTS PLEASE NOTE:

We only accept one night bookings for SATURDAY nights if it is within a week of your requested stay. ie we will not accept one night bookings for Saturday nights unless it within the next 7 days. If you only require a one night stay on a Saturday, you are welcome to book for 2 nights and have early check in on the Saturday morning and late check out on the Sunday (cooler months only). We happily take one night bookings for midweek stays (Sunday to Thursday nights).

Living areas:
The formal lounge room has aleather lounge suite and sofa bed, TV, PS3;
RUMPUS ROOM has a huge modern leather lounge suite, billiard table, leather sofa bed, smart TV & DVD.

KITCHEN: Well contained kitchen including appliance cupboard, microwave, serving platters, wine & champagne glasses, ceramic and plastic plates and cups & more.

EATING AREAS include a formal dining room with a solid oak dining table surrounded by 8 leather scroll back chairs, a meals area with a modern kitchen table and 6 chairs, a kitchen with 4 kitchen stools and glass and aluminium outdoor setting. A high chair and booster are also available.

BEDROOMS:
Quilts/doonas and pillows provided in all bedrooms (linen including sheets, pillowcases, towels, teatowels etc available if required for small additional cost),.

Bed 1-New York bedroom – Queen size bed in modern New York theme with crystal light fittings and bedside lamps. Includes ensuite with frameless shower & 2 sinks

Bed 2: Oriental bedroom – a striking red & black bedroom decorated in an oriental theme with a queen bed.

Bed 3: French Provincial bedroom - 1 double bed decorated in black and silver tones

Bed 4: the British bedroom - 2 single beds (bunk) with a British theme.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, towels, facewashers, bath mats, hand towels and teatowels) can be provided at a an additional cost

Outdoors: there is a swing set, small climbing frame with slide, large merbau outdoor setting, and a 4 burner bbq.

LOCAL FACILITIES

The beach is situated at one end of the street and a shopping centre is at the other end of the street just around the corner.

The shopping centre has Woolworths, butcher, Bakers Delight, fruit and fine foods shop, Subway, KFC, fish and chip shop, Priceline chemist, Chinese restaurant and takeaway, pizza shop, bbq chicken shop, Donut King.

The beach is approx 700m from the house, and the shopping centre would be slightly more. There is also a milkbar (incl. fish and chip shop) located on the street and another milkbar/coffee shop opposite the beach just at the end of the street.

There are a few boutique wineries in the area, a golf course and various restaurants and shops.

An indoor swimming pool situated around the corner at the end of the street with great children's pool with slide.

There is a Mini Golf complex just over 5 minutes drive, and for a great day out, the Adventure Park with large water slides is under 10 minutes drive.
