Sheoak Eastside is a luxury holiday home, right on the esplanade, consisting of 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people comfortably.
Enjoy the beautiful bay views from the upper deck, or take a walk along Coffin Bay's pristine untouched beaches.
The National Park is accessed through Coffin Bay, with it's beautiful sandhills, beaches and 4WD tracks.
There is exceptional fishing from boat or land with safe anchorages and all weather boat ramp just 300m from Sheoak Eastside.
There is under cover parking for a car and boat.

PROPERTY CONFIGURATION

Sheoak Eastside's configuration comprises:
Upper Level

Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen Bed with built in robes
Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bed with built in robes
Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds with built in robes

The toilet and bathroom with spa bath are separate. There rest of the property is open plan, dinning &living area with modern fully equipped kitchen comprising of dishwasher, microwave & breakfast bar. This open plan area flows out onto the entertaining deck that over looks the bay complete with outdoor setting and BBQ.

Lower Level
Bedroom 4 - 2 x Single Beds a TV.

The lower level also provides full laundry facilities with washing machine, dryer and even a deep freezer. There is also a second toilet and shower.

Outside is undercover parking for car and boat. There is also a fish cleaning area.

Linen is provided.

LOCALITY & ATTRACTIONS

Close to beautiful beaches and national parks. Surrounded by abundant wildlife, and a diverse coastal landscape to enjoy.
Take the historic Oyster Walk just across the road.
Sporting complex with 9-hole golf course, bowling green.
Tennis courts, basketball and a bmx bike track.
There are numerous shops and services nearby including the local general store. Have a meal, or a drink at the Coffin Bay Hotel or the Yacht Club.
Experience the wonderful fishing.
The open ocean lies 25 nautical miles from the main wharf and the bay itself features pristine waterways with channels, bays, and inlets that provide a large variety of fishing and sailing opportunities. Coffin Bay is one of the few locations which is ideally suited for beach, rock, surf and boat fishing. It is just as suited and safe for swimming, boating, sailing, and wind surfing.
The catches of the professionals in the area consist of abalone, octopus, King George whiting, garfish and oysters. During your stay you should be able to see an oyster boat returning with the famous Coffin Bay Oysters, even better, you should try some!

Coffin Bay is a great place to stay, there is a lot to do and enjoy. The house is well appointed and has beautiful views. As the house is close to the Oyster Walk it was easy to walk to different parts of the town. The property is spacious and we would be happy to rent this property again.
