All the comforts of home and a lovely place to stay. Location very central to everything and kids loved bball hoop on property and park with footy goals and tennis courts across the road 🥰

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Song. Bill and Elaine are more than welcoming, and we spent an amazing morning with Bill on the boat (thanks again!). The place is very well located and you can acces everything with a short walk and enjoy the Oyster walk. The Coffin Bay National Park is very close too! We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely stay at Sea Song. Great location, in the middle of Coffin bay close to pub, oyster walk and short drive or 10 min walk to IGA and main beach. Great indoor and outdoor areas. Air con downstairs.

We all had a lovely stay in Coffin Bay! Bill was very quick with communication and helping us out. The property had everything that we needed and it was only a short walk from the Oyster Walk where we saw dolphins. We will definitely be back to this beautiful part of the state again.
It suited us well with two families across the rooms. Located near park for kids including skate and bike riding which was great. We brought small dog and needed to reinforce gate area so he didn’t escape otherwise yard is secure. All amenities we needed were available. Will stay again.
Advised after initially booking and paying that there was a 15 surcharge for linen on each person. Contacted owner on arrival to advise air conditioner did not work, the lack of cleanliness and standard supplies ie. toilet paper, handwash, shampoo, conditioner, milk etc was not available. The only response from owner was to go to IGA and buy products and they will reimburse us. Further contacted owner to which they never responded. Had a married couple in single beds as they were the only ones made up. Upstairs extremely hot with no air conditioning.

Unfortunately this particular guest appears to have had much higher expectations than any of our many previous visitors. While we attempted to address their concerns, we are really not sure what would have actually satisfied them. With regard to sleeping arrangements, we checked well in advance of their stay whether linen was required and what their room requirements were. We were advised that a double room and a room with twin king singles would be fine; it seems that this wasn't the case. The flat batteries in the aircon controller was unfortunate but a quick trip to the local IGA would have fixed the problem. We note that it is not our practice to supply shampoo and conditioner since we have found most folk have their own particular preferences. We are sincerely sorry that our guests found the holiday home and our communications lacking but note that most other guests have rated us 10 out of 10 (excellent).
As your host, we are a friendly retired couple who live on a pair of small farms locally and are usually on hand if you need anything. Bill is an avid fisherman and may be available to take up to 4 people out for a trip on the water; maybe catch some King George Whiting and other local delicacies for dinner. Julie is a farmer and runs a flock of breeding ewes and lambs.
Why they chose this property
Our holiday home is in a quiet location off the main road adjacent to the nearby Morgan reserve with its playground and tennis court. The boat ramp is a one minute drive round the corner and a similar distance to the pub in the scrub. It is about a 5 minute brisk walk to the local shops or a 15 minute leisurely stroll along the beautiful oyster walk.
What makes this property unique
We are set up to accommodate up to 12 guests but it is equally suitable for a couple or smaller families too. There is a large kitchen with a bespoke dining table, to accommodate large groups. There is a great undercover entertaining area that is set within a completely secure child and pet friendly rear yard. There is plenty of room for multiple vehicles and a couple of boats together with basic fish cleaning facilities behind the shed. This is a quality residence representing excellent value for money.
