Great

Clean lovely well appointed house . Plenty of space for people to read , relax, bird watch( binoculars and great guide books . Beds were comfortable and bedroom airconditioners( Mitsubishis ) helped keep us comfortable . The sunroom was wonderful on a rainy day we had . Beautiful views into the woods of black and white maple and pitch pine . Entertaining chipmunks and great horned Owls calling from the woods at dusk were a bonus. .we did puzzles on the sunroom table and listened to our CDs on the Bose . Truly was hard to leave the sunroom and deck .We enjoyed all the favorite Wellfleetj placeswe love: Winslows Tavern , The Bookstore. Herridge Books ,Indian Neck Beach ,Great Island , Newcomb and Gull Pond . As long time “ summer people “ who had a cottage for years in Sandwich we are loving exploring the “ outer Cape”. We will return again to this accommodating rental. Oh we are a family of Artists and loved all the lovely paintings , sculpture and art collections curated around tge house .

Peaceful location in the woods

A peaceful Wellfleet property, with a wonderful sun room, and lots of room. Unlike many Wellfleet 'quaint' but shabby properties, this home is comfortable, but still warm. Great location, within walking distance (by trails) to Gull Pond.

Wonderful place

Terrific spot. Secluded in woods on a cul-de-sac, but close to Wellfleet ponds beaches and restaurants. House had everything we needed and was spacious and clean! A slight delay in checkin because crew was wrapping up but with all the Covid precautions they had much more to do. So we grabbed a lobster roll down the street. Quite the hardship. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back!
