Located at the northern end of the quiet residential neighbourhood of Solander, less than 100 metres from Four Mile Beach, 5 Solander Boulevard provides an ideal position and privacy.

This open-plan home has recently undergone a beautiful transformation. Renovated to perfection in 2024, this residence boasts a stylish designer kitchen, elegant bathrooms, generous entertainment spaces, and a stunning 10 metre long swimming pool.

High ceilings, louvers, and skylights allow light and airflow through the spacious lounge areas, dining space, and separate TV room.

The large kitchen with island bench is in the main living area with a good view of the swimming pool. This space is equipped with modern appliances and the cupboards are stocked with crockery, glasses, cutlery, and cookware to make your stay feel like home.

Sliding doors from the living area open to the covered back veranda, generous tropical garden, and pool.
The outdoor space features a large dining table, outdoor lounges, and barbecue – perfect for entertaining!

The tropical garden has a backdrop with huge melaleucas that attract birdlife to the property and has a 10 metre heated pool with diving board.

The master suite, accessed from the dining area, has walk in robe, ensuite bathroom and access to a private enclosed garden.

Bedroom 3 is located next to the main living area and also has glass doors opening to the garden. This room has the option of either 2 Single beds or can be joined to make a King bed.

The remaining two bedrooms are accessed through the TV room.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home, great location, and responsive property management. Perfect space for our extended-family trip. The laundry facilities were excellent and much appreciated with little ones! Older kitchen appliances (fridge and dishwasher) were a tad unreliable, and there were some areas in need of extra cleaning upon our arrival, but the property management were kind and highly responsive. Overall, I would stay here again (but would hope for some closer attention to cleaning and appliance maintenance in the meantime).

Fab family experience

A really lovely experience. Extremely well equipped for large groups, kitchen has many bowls and platters for self catering. Restful, quiet, minutes to beach to see the sun rise and pool area was lovely and lush. Internet reception was a bit intermittent. Would highly recommend.
