The upper level includes an open plan living-dining area with a vibrant feature wall, soaring ceilings, modern kitchen, two oversized bedrooms, bathroom and small sitting room accessing the pool area.

The lower level includes two more bedrooms, a bathroom and a third living/rumpus room.

Stroll to Noosa’s Main Beach and Hastings St in under ten minutes. A visit to the Noosa Junction cinema and shopping precinct is an easy five-minute stroll.

Wonderful restful and relaxing home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Noosa Rest, this home is perfect for a family holiday and for dogs as the garden is fully fenced and secure, as is the pool area. The beds were very comfortable, the home was clean, well appointed and welcoming. Great for kids too as there is a gate at the top of the stairs. Loved the location as it was within walking distance to Hastings Street (20 mins) but out of the hustle and bustle, and still close to the shops, coffee, restaurants, Coles etc located at Noosa Junction (5 mins). Would definitely stay again.

Great location, spacious home

The location is quiet, and walking distance (down many steps!) to Hastings St, as well as Noosa Junction. The property was clean and comfortable, with a well appointed kitchen. My only (small, but common in rental properties) gripe is that the sharp knives were extremely blunt- makes food prep very difficult. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect Noosa Hill location and comfortable spacious well-equipped house

We were able to spend over a month at this lovely house in August and September and just loved it. Perfect location with a short walk to everything you need at Noosa Junction and 15 minutes to Main Beach. Bedding and towels were provided and anything we needed that was missing was promptly provided by the amazing and incredibly friendly property management company, Holiday Homes Noosa.

Hello lovely property and only a short walk to Noosa Junction. We took our small dog Maggie and the place is well suited to a small pet. Took cab or Uber to Hastings street as a bit far to walk, but wasn't expensive.

Perfect!

This house was everything it promised to be and more!! Check in was electronic via the tablet and once signed in you have the option to find restaurants and even book tours. The house is close to the shops and a trip to the seafood market where we enjoyed fresh Mooloolaba king prawns. The greatest part was spending a relaxing day by the pool with a good book and then indulge on a nice glass of red and your fave Netflix show. Perfect! Couldn’t it fault the place so overall 5 out of us for us. Will happily be back again!

perfect base for our noosa stay

the house is quite spacious and very comfortable. we loved our stay in noosa. and we got our exercise walking up and down the hill to hastings street a couple of times a day!

My door was locked in her room. Needed locksmith to fix. Couldn’t use room for 1.5 days. Main bedrooms have poor mattresses - did not sleep well. Ceiling fans in main bedrooms are a bit noisy - hard to sleep.

Brilliant stay for a work group

4 bedrooms allowed us all to stay together comfortably. House was clean and well equipped . Easy walk to the bus terminal allowing travel all over the area. Advice is buy a Queensland travel card online before as it makes buses cheaper.

Relaxing stay in Noosa

Noosa Rest was clean and had plenty of space. It was nice to stay a bit away from the busy Hastings st but still close enough to walk there or to Noosa junction. Our kids happily walked up and down the forest path to Hastings st without complaining so was nice to avoid parking in Hastings st. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely 4 bedroom house close to main street of Noosa Junction (quick walk down to shops, cinemas, restaurants...) Bedrooms were decent sized and with great natural light. Two bathrooms that were nice and clean )one with bathtub) Great spacious lounge areas (one downstairs one upstairs) good sized backyard with pool and bbq. Great for groups as enough room for everyone.

Great 2 weeks stay at the Rest. Perfect location and in walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants. Nice and quiet neighbourhood so lots of relaxing by the pool. House has everything you need for a great vacation. We will be back. It all went very smoothly. We are planning on coming back in nov. 2018. Excellent value in a holiday property

We stayed at Noosa Rest in late July. It was very clean and comfortable. There were four large size bedrooms and a large living and dining space - we had three couples staying and plenty of room. The furnishings were elegant and comfortable. It has leafy views from the balcony and a nice little pool. It's only a 10 minute walk to the cafes and shops on Hastings Street and a pleasant half hour walk to the main swimming beach. The agents were really friendly and helpful through the whole booking process. I'd definitely stay again.
