Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. It is conveniently located near downtown and the harbor and has a great view of the water from the back porch. We would definitely stay again the next time we travel to Kodiak.

Was a fantastic place , worked great for us owner was very friendly and accommodating Only thing stairs down need a railing. Car rental worked out great also . Hope to visit Kodiak again Will definitely recommend to visiting family. Thanks Steve

Beautiful view and great location!

Small but also spacious with a great view and deck! Travelled with 2 teen boys and we were all comfortable. Very clean and well appointed amenities. Owner was very helpful and gracious. Loved having access to laundry as well. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our 3 nights here and would recommend renting the vehicle as well to get out and explore the island. The studio was cute and clean, just what we were looking for.

Nice location- friendly and very helpful owner who was very responsive to my calls.

Property consistent with advertising- clean as well. For traveling, we appreciated access to laundry and having our own kitchen for cooking.

Great Location and View

This is the perfect studio for 1-2 persons. Tastefully decorated, clean...and the view is beautiful. You'll know you are in Kodiak! Close to downtown and the harbor. Just a short ride for groceries too. Greeted by owner who responded to our questions promptly. We would stay there again!

Stephen and Kelli have 3 young boys (12, 10, & 6) that keep them quite busy and entertained:) Stephen works as an educator in the Kodiak Island Borough School District while Kelli works at the Kodiak Baptist Mission. We enjoy gill netting for salmon, long-lining for halibut, sport fishing, kayaking, backpacking, hiking, and exploring our beautiful island. We continue to be amazed and blessed to call this place home! It is with much joy that we are able to offer you a great place to stay during your unforgettable Kodiak experience. Come and see!
