Florida Charm C. This is the perfect Beach Bungalow for your vacation to Jacksonville Beach. Relax in this huge fenced in backyard with hammock, fire pit and beautiful shade trees. Want to enjoy the beach? We have you covered Bikes, Coolers, Chairs , Paddle Board, Umbrella, Frisbees, Volleyballs, Bodyboards and Towels. Located in a safe, well established neighborhood just far enough away from the nightlife to get a peaceful night sleep. The sand and waves are just a short walk or bike ride away. Four Blocks.

This Beach House is 3 beds 1.5 baths on a huge lot with lots of shade and only a few blocks from the beach. It has WiFi, Apple TV, all the beach items you might need to enjoy a day at the beach.

Also provided will be a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans and the essentials for making a great meal. Dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker also included.

The entire house and yard will be completely yours to use. The back and side yard is huge with a large gate access. Feel free to bring your boat, camper or trailer plenty of parking space.

Perfect for a family

We stayed for a week at the beach cottage to visit family just a skip north in Atlantic Beach. The house was perfectly located, easy to access for restaurants, grocery shopping and the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, tupperware, cleaning supplies, coffee maker, toaster, etc. with complimentary coffee and some basics like salt/Pepper. No ice maker so I'd pick up a bag. The bathroom is small but has good storage and the half bath came in handy to get ready. There is a washer/dryer with complimentary tabs for laundry which made it easy to pack lighter with toddlers who change often. The patio is small but cute and the yard is awsome for the little kids to run around as it is fenced in. The wi-fi worked great, but the apple TV was slow. It could use an upgrade to a cheap fire-stick. Our boys 2&4 loved the little boys room with twin beds. There was ample storage to unpack your clothes and feel at home. Entry is through a key-code you're given the day of arrival. The garage had great beach items (coolers, bikes, sand toys, chairs), which we did not need but would be great for any families visiting. Overall this was a perfect fit for us and any family looking to stay in the Jax beach area. We will definitely be back!

Final send off.

Rented this house to be close to the beach and enjoy one final vacation with our daughter before she started college @ Jacksonville University. Had a great time and enjoyed the house very much.

Property rental was easy online. Location very close to the Beach literally right across the street. Really close to some good casual restaurants
