This place is absolutely perfect. Just a short walk to the beach with all of your gear (no boardwalk or stairs - straight onto the sand). The house had everything we needed; zero complaints. The AC worked great. The “back patio” area is technically on the side of a street, but the faux grass was wonderful for our dogs (just be sure to clean up after them). The upstairs balcony was amazing too. Great restaurants and pretty low key for a place right on the beach. We had never been to Neptune beach (usually do the Gulf), but the ocean/beach was fantastic!!! Very impressed.

The house was an easy walk to the beach and in a quiet area. We enjoyed the fenced in area. It had everything we needed and everything was very comfortable so we are happy that we selected this home.

This house was exceptional! Location was great for beach access and restaurants within walking distance. Everything was setup perfectly for a relaxing stay that included our four-legged friends. The hosts have made this place beautiful inside and out! Loved sitting on the patio and the balcony.

This is the kind of place you should expect for this kind of money. Very nice, comfortable, useable outdoor space. We had previously rented two other locations, the first was below average, a little grimy. It got the job done but I'd never recommend it. The 2nd one was misrepresented as a 1 bedroom but was a studio. Be diligent with what you book. This place was excellent.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful townhouse. The location was close to the beach and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Home was well supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Love to keep it as just our secret

The house was better than advertised. The patio was perfect for our young family and there was plenty of space in the living area. Beach access was a block away. And the house was almost equal distance to jax beach and atlantic/neptune beach. Terry and Sandra were very resposove on email and text. We would definitely stay there again.

This house was well situated and even better than advertised. For the safest/quickest/ most immersive beach vibe one needs to be east of 3rd street. From here there is a very short two block walk straight into the beach access point*. 20th street is not as busy as Jax beach around the pier. The house was exceptionally clean, the outside shower and foot height faucet were useful and appreciated. The beds are comfortable and linens, towels and beach towels are high quality. There were toys to take to the beach for adults and kids- a couple of coolers, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, a wagon. One of the unexpected highlights was riding bikes to dinner at Neptune Beach down First Street, 10 mins. This was tons of fun! Great house!*there is a local culture here of leaving one’s flipflops in the sand walk up, as walking barefoot in the sand is half the reason you’re interested in this rental. By following an ethos of embrace the local…it felt relaxing to kick off my shoes, walk away and know they would be there waiting for me.
