In VRBO since 2019, this private 2-story family getaway townhouse in the heart of the town of Newburgh (not to get it confused with the city of Newburgh), only 1 hour drive from George Washington Bridge. This 6000sq ft. private residence is an exciting family getaway and has been tailored to keep you and your family accommodated throughout your stay.

Upon arrival the fresh air and quietness is the beginning of your vacation. The isolation and open space of the house would make you enjoy your privacy with your family.

Must be 21 years old and older to book
Our home is located in beautiful residential area and we try our best not to disturb our lovely neighbors. We have had previous complaints from previous guests and we want to prevent any future complaints. Having said that we do not allow any parties or large gatherings. There is a maximum of 5 vehicles allowed in driveway. No speakers allowed besides the ones installed in house. No smoking in house or in the swimming pool. No guests exceeding the number specified in booking. Any extra guests besides ones specified will be charged $100 for each extra guest. The exterior of the house is camera surveillance and any guest who violates these rules will have their reservation terminated and/or penalized. Thanks for your understanding!

Pool accessed from inside the house and is 100% private

2.How deep is the pool?
1/3 of pool is 3.5ft deep and then slopes down to 8.5ft deep.

3.Are sheets and towels included?
All sheets and towels are provided for up to 8 guests. Any extra guests need to bring their own towels.
