We are a family that love the outdoors and endless views. We are big hikers and campers and gather often with friends and family. Gratitude, generosity, grace.

Why they chose this property

We are diehard fans of New York City, but after 30 years, we finally found a house that would make us gladly leave Manhattan, with its spectacular views and easy trip from the City. The Riverhouse is our second home and our spiritual retreat. We want to share it with friends, family, and anyone who appreciates the beauty of nature. We feel very privileged to share this beautiful space!

What makes this property unique

There is something magical about seeing the Hudson River in different lights. It calms the senses and heals the spirit. Watch the trains and ships go by and birds fly and fish jump. Here, techology and nature flow together and you can simply be.

"Eventually all things merge into one and a river runs through it." - Norman Maclean
