Our three generation family of 10 plus a dog had a wonderful week. Lots of pool time. Easy day trip to LegoLand. On the rainy day we went to the local mall and played indoor glow in the dark mini golf.

Amazing family trip away

We had such a lovely stay! The home was clean, cozy, and perfect for our little family getaway. The hosts were responsive and everything was exactly as described. Peaceful surroundings, comfy beds, and great amenities—would definitely stay again!

Peaceful getaway close to the city

Property was excellent and nicely furnished; cookware could use an upgrade but glassware, dishes, and other items were in good shape. Rooms are spacious and well-furnished. We loved our stay .

Gathering of friends

This was a perfect home for our gathering! We were a group of 6 women. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Also close to towns and sights we wanted to see. I highly recommend.

Perfect 5-Bedroom Hudson Valley property for our family stay with nine people for the week. So much to do at the house between the pool, hot tub, fire pit, patio, ping pong table, and game room. The game room consisting of a pool table and darts got nightly use and kept the two teenage boys and three Dads in our group very happy. The living room was large and had plenty of seating for nine. The house has tons of character with the wide plank floors and exposed beams and also modern amenities with central air, Sonos and great interior lighting. The kitchen was clean and great for preparing large family meals and the whole interior of the house was beautifully done in a great style with lovely art work and everything updated. The dining room sat nine for dinner easily and was an amazing setting for family dinners. The grounds were great for spending time outside, wiffle ball and frisbee. The location could not have been more convenient 5-10 minutes from the highway, supermarket and diner. We enjoyed excursions to Rhinebeck for lunch/shopping and Millbrook Vineyards and Winery for a fantastic wine tasting (host arranged for 2-for-1 tasting). Communication with the host was quick and easy with fast response times. Our family had a wonderful stay and will definitely return to the Hudson Valley and would consider this property again.

Wonderful Family Retreat

Beautiful setting combined with comfortable furnishings and thoughtful amenities created a perfect place to unwind. Property manager went above and beyond with our ease of booking and check-in. We fully enjoyed every aspect this warm home had to offer. Our two teens made great use of the billiards room and played ping pong on the sun porch. We splashed in the pool, soaked in the hot tub, made nightly s’mores, piped in jazz over the speakers and stayed up late playing games and finishing puzzles. Our youngest even got in some xc practice lapping around the field with our ecstatic golden retriever galloping alongside. And there’s a gym! Off the property there are fun local eateries and interesting places to explore. We left feeling rested and happy. The kids want to go back, that’s probably the best feedback!
