This spacious three-story colonial offers a relaxing retreat for families and friends. Enjoy quality time together in the many comfortable spaces throughout the house, from the cozy library to the bright, open kitchen. Multiple living areas provide ample room to spread out, with two large farm tables perfect for gatherings and plenty of couches for relaxing.

Take a refreshing dip in the private, tree-lined pool, complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas for soaking up the sun.

Baby Equipment:
At this property, we provide pack & play, high chair, & kid's dinnerware for your convenience. For any additional baby items, we highly recommend bringing your own or sending us a message in advance so we can recommend a nearby rental service.

Please know there are no bedrooms on the main floor, in order to access any of the bedrooms you must climb at least one set of stairs. There is a half bathroom on the first floor by the living area!

There are two barns on the property, these are off-limits to guests and we ask you kindly refrain from entering either.

Please note, this property does have exterior cameras for safety and security. These are only located on the exterior of the property, never the interior, and will not be monitored during your stay unless an issue arises.

The pool is located behind the home, guests will need to walk a short distance uphill to access the pool area.

🐾 Pet Policy: We welcome all types of dogs with a $50 fee per animal/per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, please obtain prior approval from the host. All fees are due before check-in and we cannot accept other types of animals at this time. Any undisclosed pets will incur a $300 deep-cleaning fee.

Please be advised that every 30 minutes spent on the property past 11am check out time a $50 fee will be initiated and charged to the card on file used to book the listing. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
