The property was nicer in person than in pictures. They had everything well stocked for your basic needs. I was thankful the owners let us rent at the last minute. Our other home we rented fell through and we needed to find another one fast. Melissa was very quick to respond to my inquiries and saved the day for our vacation get away!!! Thank you!

My family stayed here for a long weekend while in town attending a family wedding in the area. This house has everything! We enjoyed the beautiful view, spacious yard and swingset, the functional kitchen with every gadget on-hand, and the seating areas for relaxing. The beds were comfy with nice linens. There is a ping pong table and foosball in the basement. The HVAC was easy to operate. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at this property - the house is beautiful and clean, and the pool and outdoor area is excellent and just as it looks in the pictures. The host is very easy to get in contact with, and the check-in process was very smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Our extended family had a wonderful stay at this house. Plenty of room inside for us all to spread out, and to gather together in the open kitchen/family room area. The grandchildren (ages 4-13) thoroughly enjoyed the basement area, and outside activities on the large backyard and the basketball hoop.The entire house was clean and well equipped with everything that we needed during our stay.Family members also enjoyed spending time in nearby Beacon and Cold Spring.We enjoyed hanging out on the back patio, even though the pool wasn’t open yet for the season. The view of the Hudson River and sunsets were amazing.I would definitely rent this fabulous house again in the future!

Amazing Stay!

We had such a great stay this weekend. The house was beautiful, pool was very refreshing with a beautiful view. We also checked out the town of Beacon, such a cute little town with stores and coffee shops! Highly recommend for a nice getaway!

Beautiful, spacious home for group get-together

Our group had a terrific long weekend in this beautiful home in Beacon. The house is very welcoming, with an open flow of comfortable living space. The swimming pool and sitting areas out back were very enjoyable and offered quiet privacy as well as a nice view of the Hudson River.

Everything we had hoped for. The village of Beacon is a gem, the surrounding area rich in culture. Activities galore! The house is attractive, comfortable, beautifully situated with a view of the Hudson and a very nice pool as a nearby ‘water feature’. We had a wonderful stay, and hope to have another one!

Beautiful, spacious home with Hudson River view

This home was the perfect place for our reunion of college friends. The beds were comfy, the pool was relaxing, and there was plenty of space for us to sit around and catch up. It is close to town and local sites. The owner was available and easy to communicate with. Loved it!
