This apartment had two bedrooms, clean bathroom, kitchen, dining and lounge areas. It was very centrally located and no noise from neighbours. I lovely place to stay
Great location in centre of town.Large 2 bedroom unit - very clean and has all you need for a comfy stay.Gas and aircon for heating.Shower lovely but was hard to turn off so it did not drip.Washing machine/laundry available outside (shared).Parking out back - very narrow driveway though. Could do with new flyscreens but other than that fabulous value in centre of town.
A lovely ground floor apartment, very comfortable, air-con was on when we arrived late on a cold Cowra night. Everything you could want. Surprisingly quiet, despite being on the main road through town, very convenient to cafes, supermarket. Very helpful. Some off street parking, but it depends on the size of the vehicles as to how many cars will fit.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, easy walk to shops and cafe. Would stay again next time on Cowra
We had a very nice 2 nights stay , great location with plenty of room. As mentioned on some of the reviews the driveway is a little narrow but I was in a large car and it didn't worry me . Cafe right next door for breakfast that was really nice as well.
Lovely art deco property with a great layout. Fantastic for a short term stay and close to all amenities with woolworths being located in the next street. Will stay here again for sure.
Access was good and it was good to have a coffee shop next door and a restaurant across the road. Generally, the place needs a little love. The shower knobs were extremely hard to turn on - but once on, we realised why they had been turned off hard. The shower leaks unless you do that and you end up with a lot of water on the floor. Chipped crockery and spartan linen supply - no hand towel or face washers etc. It just felt old and unloved - has great potential but things are tired - the window screens, the curtains and paint etc. Great location.
I spent five days in this lovely apartment. It was very central, fantastic coffee next door and short walk to the main CBD. Would definitely stay again when in Cowra.

Thank you for being in an excellent location for the Town of Cowra, 3 ladies on a cycling trip, a great base to meet the others and walking distance to restaurants, shops and Japanese Garden. Definitely easy to stay again, priced perfectly.
