4 bedroom 3 bath home in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to both 41 and 441, about 30 minutes to either Green Bay or Oshkosh. About 2 miles from the downtown College avenue area of Appleton. Lots of space for a group to relax both indoors and out. Large bar area in the basement, as well as an authentic tiki bar in the backyard. Family Fun

This was a great place for family to get together. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. Most importantly, the beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels were great. The host thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay

We had family from out of state. We live is Appleton. We had 8 of us adults here for mile Of Music. We had a great stay plenty of room for all of us. Beautiful home beautiful backyard. We’ve would recommend this home.
