The house sleeps up to 8 people comfortably, furnished, with 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, bathrooms with central heating, living room, dining room, kitchen equipped with basic utensils, fridge, microwave, electric stove and appliances.
Room and suite with cable TV, wi-fi, air conditioning in all rooms and digital safe for small belongings. Maid for general cleaning and housekeeping, bed and bath linen included. Large recreation area with adult, children's and heated hot tubs and sports court.
As a guest of the condominium, you still have exclusive discount in the entrance to the water parks of Lagoa Ecopraia and Lagoa Termas Parque paying only R $ 30 per person in the day user.
