Fully furnished:2 king beds, 2 twin beds, + 1 pull out Queen sofa bed in the living room. 2 of the King size bedrooms have window ac units. Living room w ac, a brand new Mitsubishi mini split. Linens, all kitchen dish ware, blow dryer. Upstairs full brand new bath tub, downstairs oversized half bath + dressing room washer/dryer & outdoor shower! Lower level family room and Exercise area

Cape Cod Vacation

We had a great time staying here! We were looking for a cape cod vacation where we could bring our cat after he developed some health issues, and Jodie was kind enough to let us stay here with our pet! Jodie even had some snacks set up for us when we arrived, and a binder with great info about places to eat and directions to take a walk along the bay. She goes above and beyond, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Jodie was an amazing host. She answered all of our questions and was proactive to give us information that we didn’t even know we needed. It was my husband and our adult kids and we all had a great time.

Great location, well-appointed

Wonderful location and excellently appointed property -- 3 full bedrooms, updated kitchen, full bath & half bath including outdoor shower. House is clean and tidy, but well-lived in by dog lovers. Would caution if allergic. Otherwise an excellent property -- would rent again.

Beautiful property, great location

We loved the home, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family and it was nice to have a washer/dryer. The kitchen was perfect, it had a Keurig and a drip coffee maker plus everything you need in a kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, drink ware, utensils and a dishwasher). We loved the outdoor shower and the fire pit was nice, too. We had perfect weather, but there is a movie theater and bowling alley nearby if the weather was bad. Jodie was extremely helpful and had some great suggestions as it was our first time visiting the Cape since 1998. I highly recommend this property. P. Healy

Fantastic vacation

From start to finish booking was easy. Jodi was quick to respond to questions and graciously allowed me to bring my fur baby. Everything was there and we didn't have to bring anything extra. Fenced in backyard was awesome and he loved it. Jodi is very informative about the area and pointed out some amazing trails and sights. The house is ideally located within in minutes of stores and restaurants or quick ice cream. Jodi also left a dog ice cream for my fur baby and checked in to see if we made it and that everything ok with our stay. We had such a wonderful time and would definitely do this again.

Jodie’s the best!

We were SO fortunate to book this house for a last-minute trip to the Cape this past weekend. We are all from Manhattan and thus have very high standards. From the moment we booked it, Jodie (the owner) was incredibly warm and helpful. She spent lots of time on the phone and over text with me, answering my many questions. She left several detailed notes/instructions for us when we got there. She even bought a gift for our puppy! Jodie’s house is clean, updated, and just what we needed for the weekend. Super close to downtown Falmouth, the harbor, and the ferry to the Vineyard! Thank you, Jodie, for making our stay at your home memorable.
