MODERN NEW LOFT INDEPENDENT HOUSE BOGOTA CHAPINERO ALTO KING SIZE BED 2 X 2
BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED, KING SIZE BED 2 X 2, NICE 4K 52 IN TV WITH CABLE, NETFLIX AND AMAZON PRIME. INCLUDES A DESK AND ALSO A DINING TABLE, WITH A FULLY LOADED KITCHEN WITH HUGE FRIDGE, WASHER AND DRYER INCLUDED.
The apartment it ́s located in Chapinero Alto, a gret neightborhood located in one of the best areas of Bogota. My house has 5 nice new condos (lofts) totally independent of each other, new and fully loaded all. This unit 105, has 3.80 mts high roof ceilings, I designed the apartment myself, all the furniture it ́s brand new (2018). Includes everything you need. We may have a car available for rental as well with the apartment if needed.
I do have a lot of experience receiving guests all around the world for over 7 years. I own 28 units in Bogota, so we know how to understand the guest's needs.
The apartment has 40 m2, its a loft (all open area with no division) has a wonderful king size bed 2 x 2 meters, a nice smart 4k tv with 52 inches, including cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Also a nice desk with a chair for your working needs. Includes a dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen with all you need to cook (blender, coffee maker, pows, utensils, plates, rice maker and more), hot water in the bathroom, a huge fridge with water and ice all the time. Washer and dryer as well.
