The Cottage has been recently renovated and is tastefully decorated to give a cosy, comfortable and clean atmosphere. Lovely furniture and modern conveniences with reverse cycle A/C to lounge and bedroom 2 all to make your stay very comfortable. Renovated, clean , modern bathroom with shower / bath combination and toilet, there is also a 2nd toilet off the rear Laundry Area.

Perfect for your family with fenced rear yard, outdoor deck and BBQ for relaxing on those balmy summer evenings or enjoy a lazy breakfast on the front deck.

Secure parking for your cars and/ or boat with remote roller door.

Linen included - add to the relaxation of your break Calm Seas Cottage offers all Linen and Bath towels inclusive in the price of your stay... who wants to wash sheets on their return home ?

As Always Amazing Stay

We have stayed at this cottage regular. Always neat, clean and tidy. Always great communication with the owners. Very central to Busselton, easy walking distance to town and the beach. We love staying here and can't wait to come again. Thank you as always for a lovely stay!

Very homey, excellent lovation

Very comfortable and well located close to restaurants and activities in town as well as an easy stroll to the beach and pier. Elizabeth has generously supplied all you would need for a short or long stay. The kitchen is really well equiped, the lounge is cosy and we particularly appreciated the generous piece of luxury bath soap. So much nicer than the squeeze liquid in most accommodation. Can recommend to any one. the.lounge

Beautiful home - great example of the era

The home is a great example of that timeframe and it has been done up very nicely. It was a really enjoyable house with everything you could possibly need. Kitchen was very well stocked. It's a shame we weren't able to book our timeframe again. Very good value.

Beautiful cottage in a wonderful location

Beautifully renovated cottage within walking distance of Geographe Bay and centre of Busselton. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. A perfect place to stay for couples or families. We have found our perfect holiday stay. Thank you Liz

Beautiful cottage stay!

The cottage was absolutely amazing! It was very cozy and clean. There is a lot of space, very fresh! House is styled amazing. I loved the kitchen, and the coffee machine was great!! Me and my girls loved sitting down at night and watching a movie on the really comfortable couches! The beds were very comfortable- The house had a really nice energy, family friendly, the girls loved playing with the toys and board games and puzzles. I can't wait to stay again! Thankyou Liz xx

Great cottage

Lovely character cottage

We booked 3 nights for my daughter and me for her birthday weekend. We loved the house it felt like home. It was clean, warm and cozy. We even had coffee pods for espresso machine . Cannot fault anything and will be back

Stunning stay at Calm Seas Cottage

We arrived a bit late, and Liz our amazing host had the heaters on so when we arrived it was warm and cosy and just what we needed after a long cold drive. The cottage is absolutely stunning, beautiful wood floors, high ceilings and gorgeous old windows, fitted out with everything you could need. Very well stocked kitchen, lounge packed with cosy furniture and the bedrooms perfect. Loved our stay and will one hundred percent be back. Thank you so much x

Perfect

We were so comfortable in the house which had everything we needed. Extra pillows, blankets and very comfortable beds. Lounge area roomy and the suite great for families or a small group. Kitchen has everything you would need and easy cooking facilities and dishwasher. Extra toilet was really good. Cleanliness A1. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and front porch. Very relaxing! Carport for car. So many extra touches that made our stay so nice. Thank you Liz. The process was easy and we came away very happy and refreshed. Nothing more we could have asked for.

Perfect spot for beach and town centre

SW Road Trip

Very nice and well presented property. We would stay there again. Good value for money given its nearness to the centre of town. Key improvements would be a pod coffee machine, a way to keep the couches together in the lounge (they kept moving apart) and a better floor mat in the kitchen. One that stays in place and is not a sliding trip hazard.

Perfect Cottage

71 Gale Street Busselton is very conveniently located. It is so close to the beach and amenities. The cottage is extremely clean and everything that you need is there. The beds are so comfortable to sleep in. If I return to Busselton I will be booking this beautiful cottage again.
