Yallambee Cottage is a quaint comfortable house nestled in the forest on the murray river, the perfect location for a quiet getaway.

The house is fully equipped with :-
* Two bedrooms with queen size beds,
* One smaller bedroom with double bed
* Two bathrooms, with toilets
* Undercover BBQ area
* Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, microwave
* Living room, TV, DVD
* Log fire in lounge room for heating
* Verandahs around three sides with outdoor setting.
* Linen (for Cottage use only) is supplied.

Yallambee Cottage has its own beach and is also ideal for fishing, canoeing, bushwalks or just relaxing.

The section of river would only accommodate small "Tinney" boats or canoes, with 4WD boat access only.

The property is located 10km from Yarrawonga/Mulwala with access to Golf courses at Mulwala, Tocumwal Cobram/Barooga and Corowa, wineries, lake and much more.

Had a great relaxing stay. Everything we needed in the kitchen, only issue was we had to cook our toast in the laundry as the smoke alarm was very sensitive. Loved the big windows overlooking the trees and water. Was also a great spot outside on the veranda although we did have to wipe everything down before we could sit out there the first time. Just a bit dusty and the birds a bit of an issue ( no fault of the host). Overall an excellent stay and a very friendly and helpful host!!

Our family of 5, including 3 young kids loved our stay. Beautiful view of the river and trees from the living room. The property was very large and there was a horse that the kids could feed an apple to. We saw kookaburras, a kangaroo and lizards. We loved swimming in the river by the house.
