This stunning house is an oasis of comfort & style on the beach. A hidden gem, retaining the charm of a traditional beach house.

Uniquely situated on an extra wide beach front block the kitchen, dinning, lounge and master bedroom have breathtaking views of the ocean.

Relax with a glass of wine on the large balcony watching the waves roll in or step off the balcony onto the sand.

This wonderful three bedroom 2 bathroom holiday house is the perfect holiday destination to relax and enjoy with family and friends. There is plenty of room for parking and the large front lawn facing the ocean has direct access to the beach, it is a great place to play cricket and soccer with the bonus of being fully fenced for the kids and pets.
This house is located in an exclusive beachfront area. As a courtesy the following rules will apply as a condition of hire. No functions or parties permitted or gathering of people - Max 7 guests to sleep.

Location outstanding. The house is older but very well presented, clean and tidy. Close to shops, coffee, alcohol. The house however lacked any extras eg extra bath towels for a 5 day stay with 4 adults, hairdryer kept cutting out, no extra tea, coffe, milk or any form of welcome pack. The outdoor heater is hard to reach to turn off, the main bathroom has a sewerage smell coming thru the shower and the shower pressure is weak. The location makes up for these small negatives. Great walking path directly at he front of the house which takes you to Burleigh.

Beach Getaway

A lovely getaway with my elderly parents, husband, son and old Jack Russell dog for five nights. We wanted somewhere on the beach, so we could park the cars and walk to wherever we wanted to go. Spent the days walking, fishing and just sitting on the verandah admiring the magnificent view. The house is super cute and comfortable. Loved our stay. Will be back hopefully again soon.

Perfect beach holiday house

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It is in the most perfect location in palm beach for a family and pets beach holiday. The house is very nice and clean and the host Alison is lovely and welcoming. We look forward to coming to stay again next year!

BEACH HOUSE

FANTASTIC LOCATION. THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE WELL EQUIPED WITH EVERYTHING TO MAKE THE HOLIDAY RELAXING AND ENJOYABLE. OUR 2 GOLDEN RETRIVERS LOVED THE BIG FRONT DECK OVERLOOKING THE BEACH AND WAVES AS WE DID. VERY ENJOYABLE IN THE AFTERNOON WITH A GLAS OF WINE.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Amazing home!

Wonderful time here! We were visiting my husbands country and here to celebrate his mums 90th birthday. We had our immediate family here all 7 of us together at the house and had a wonderful time. The house is perfect and the view unbelievable. We will definitely be back! Also Alison was just great...so personable and helpful!

Second stay just as good as our first

We just love this beach house. It was our second visit, both times in winter. The position is amazing, nothing better than sitting out on the deck watching the waves. The gate leading out the back fence to to coffee shop, pizza, BWS is inspired. Less than 1km down to beautiful Tally Creek and Custard Canteen for delicious Portuguese tarts. Great front yard for the kids to run around. It might become an annual event for us!

Magic location

We couldn’t have been happier. The huge front yard was perfect for kids to kick the footy. Proximity to Tallebudgera Creek was perfect for kids to ride bikes/scooters. The back gate leading to an awesome coffee shop, BWS, and pizza was an unexpected bonus! It was a cold week when we stayed, and the split system and oil heaters kept us all very comfortable. We will definitely be back, thankyou!

Just what the doctor ordered!

We were advised by my wife's doctor to go and sit by the beach for at least a couple of weeks to help alleviate the symptoms of Long Covid - sea air and deep relaxation. Thanks to this charming beach home we were able to do just that. It may not have been a cure but it was certainly a definite improvement with walks along the beach every day and just sitting and watching the world go by for long relaxing stretches of time. Delightful home - clean, comfortable and consistently appealing. Our dog loved it too - especially being able to run around the lawn and play pretend chase games with the willie wagtail.

Just magic!

Such a lovely little beach house with epic views. The photos of the view do not do it justice. My dog loved the large grassy yard, and lying in the sunshine. The two nearby off-leash dog beaches are not too far away, and the sneaky backgate to the BWS behind the property was well utilised! We utterly loved our stay - thank you Alison!

Wonderful

This is a typical old beach house, very comfortable and loved the deck with BBQ, overlooking the stunning ocean. Had a wonderful two weeks with the family!
