"The Shoreline" Container Tiny Home 12 min to Magnolia/Baylor
Summary: The "Mainsail" is a tiny container home handcrafted by CargoHome™. With 1 bedroom and a bean-bag convertible mattress in the living area, it sleeps up to 4 people. Features a super-comfy Tuft & Needle™ queen size mattress. The upstairs rooftop deck lights up beautifully at night and is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee. Full-size, custom tiled shower and spacious bathroom completes this beautiful home. A short 12 minutes to Magnolia and Baylor.
The Space: This unique home started as a 40' shipping container. We insulated and paneled the interior in pine shiplap and trimmed it out in 100+ year old barnwood. The outside is clad with cedar siding with spacing to allow the original container to still be seen. The fun rooftop deck is surrounded by a custom cable railing system and lit with LED lights under the rail that gives the deck a beautiful glow at night. LED lights inside and a super-quiet, efficient mini-split A/C unit make this a comfortable, energy efficient place.
The Neighborhood: Great, safe neighborhood in the country just north of Waco. 5 minutes from I-35 and 3 minutes from Homestead Cafe and Craft Village. Only 8 minute from the Waco airport.
Getting Around: You can park right at the house and Uber is available.
Interaction with Guests: We live right around the corner so are available for anything you need including any questions on the house or your time in Waco. We’ll try to meet you to show you the house if possible but you can also check yourself in with the passcode we’ll send you the day of check-in.

Excellent response / communication with manager for any questions we had. Easy drive to downtown Waco for all attractions and restaurants. Would stay again.
This was an amazing experience, love all the special small touches by the owners. The outdoor fire pit was great! Loved everything about it!!! I would recommend this for anyone, family vacation, anniversary, bday, anytime...there is no other experience out there like it!!!
We had a nice stay but this property is definitely not suited for more than two people. It was very clean, with the exception of some of the blankets. May stay again if there are only one or two of us. Communication was great and check in/out was very easy.
Everything about this property is accurate as described. Communication, check-in, check-out, amenities, the space, and the location were exactly as described. The online vacation rental property guide was top-notch and informative. I have already shared this listing with other friends and will stay again if I find myself back in Waco.Thank you!
This property was super cool. I have always been intrigued by the tiny home concept. Very clean and the host was amazing at communicating with us. It’s a short drive to the Market at the Silos.
We LOVED this tiny house! It was immaculate and charming. It was situated on a little cul de sac with with other new tiny houses. Loved the roof deck with lighting. We were close to Waco, but out in the country with a few farm animals within view. Communication was first rate with Amanda. She was extremely helpful. Highly recommend!
Property was great and perfect for what we needed for a game night. First time in a container home and will definitely look to book here for future games.
Hands down one of our most favorite places we have stayed. The owners were excellent at communicating, and so accommodating. I would recommend this place over and over!
Comfortable bed, clean bathroom with great attention to extra little amenities. Kitchenette was clean, organized & easily accessible. We arrived at check in time on a 95* day and both AC units were struggling to keep the space cool probably due to late afternoon direct sunshine, but once the sun went down, the space cooled off nicely. Great stay for a couple!
My teenage daughter and I stayed here for one night and it was great! We did not try to cook - that may have been a challenge :) The place was super clean and we really loved it. The front door is a little sticky- possibly from all the rain. We would definitely recommend this property to others.
Excellent place to stay that is near things to do in Waco. Enjoyed the rooftop deck in the mornings and evenings. Communication was great between Kenneth and Amanda. Would definitely stay here again😀
We enjoyed our stay. It was fun staying in the tiny house since that was a new experience. Everything was clean and everything was super simple to use and easy to clean up. Had a small snafu with the door access code, but they made up for it by letting us check out a little later on the last day. Overall awesome trip and I would stay there again!
My Fiancé and I had an awesome time in this tiny home neighborhood! Very homey and had nice amenities. The management (Amanda and Amos) were very helpful and communicated during the stay to ensure everything was up to standard and always would ask if you needed anything. Will definitely be returning! We are already planning our return stay! Thanks again!
My husband and kids really enjoyed our stay. We definitely appreciated the cleanliness, and all the amenities provided that made our stay super comfortable.
